While we wait, keep an eye on cdl. I know the spread is ridiculous but I think its going to mobe very quick over next few weeks

I recently bought into cloudbreak cdl with the sole intention to make a quick and substantial buck and reinvest into sareum while we sit and wait. Not investment advice obviously but I do see an opportunity. Over next 6 months or so I'm going to go all in on sareum when I have cash. The worst can happen is toxicology is a failure but currently the price reflects very little upside

I would say a special dividend would be

1. A bad signal since it means it has no other better investments to improvise capital

2. Probably cause all issues around solvency tests and will probably they would be unable to do without changing the company constitution

You would have thought so. My fear is they are not in the big pool but paddling around with floats in the paddling pool. I think because we do not have the connections or relationships we need to be a lot further downstream to get interest. Personally if we went for 300m, the whole wait would have been pointless as we have touched those values purely by the mention of covid. I think big pharma want to be in interested in us but there is a huge element of trust as the last 24month has been a circus show
