Board members should not get bonuses assuming their role is one of governance. However I think if they have brokered a deal or personally brought in investors they are entitled a bonus. Since.they have done neither wtf have bonuses been paid for. Over the last 50 years the in balance between salary increases for board members and ceo of all companies compare to staff has been unjust and is a complete scam of remuneration committees. Unless these people started the company and have risk , the pay awards are not merited. Worst still ceo have little risk since the ones in public.companies seem to move to new roles even when they have failed. Its the unspoken ponzi scheme that has dogged public companies

No I agree , early is fine, also signifies that they are getting better control of reporting financials which is always a good sign, even though 6 months are unaudited, they have to be 'right'. I think we live in hope that a rns will deliver a bomb ( a good bomb that is) but I doubt it will happen , bit patience, albeit many years patience is a virtue. All im saying is it is 60k worth, hardly a large amount. Im sure 400,000 share they can work through very easily. Also very rarely if at all have I seen a trade buy go through for 400,000 share in one. I think if somone wanted to buy 400,000 it would be very easy. We are not that tightly held

Your line of thinking is diatribe.lth here are negative and are allowed to be and allowed to vent. The sareum over years has been poor. We are not derailing. Believe me with my holding im desperate to see a good rise. I trade a little for fun more than anything. Tbh I cant trade currently as the money I took last time are in Shares that are doing just as poorly so I have no spare cash. Its not a derailing board. Its a honest board where some lth want to vent disappointment. To me im fine with that because I think people who have been here 10 to 13 years have earned that right. Just let it go and accept all different postings. Over the years we have had to accept complete nonsense pie in sky postings that have proven to be way of mark. Those are more damaging. Sometimes its been like trumps speech yesterday. Full of total inaccuracies and lies and the crowd just clapping away like morons.
