I disagree, there was not buying last but there was a new financial year for an ISA. People would not be buying for 1 they would not know about patent 2 patent in itself would not encourage buying

Love the sarcasm. I would say from our experience patents do little to price, although we may be on a roll so who is not say it won't push 2 quid this week

Silver I honestly believe it was taken down because it's a prime for people putting in Isa. Buyers are happy to buy at higher prices because they are winning on the cgt Isa. Maybe it's worth looking at price movements last Feb to april

I reckon more rises tomorrow. But still to be convinced there is anything behind it except MM make a quick buck and investors happy to pay premium to avoid cgt. Explains the 2 month drop and now rise

Have been building for this date. People are happy to pay extra to top up ISA. Not complaining though. Unless there is some state side news later ?
