under 248 so 202/204 probable but may see a bounce at 213. if under 202/204 then 180, below that 130/140. it is oversold down by 200p but that won't matter until selling is done, so if anyone trys to catch a falling knife, be prepared for volatility as it can easily slide much lower on nothing more than stop loss selling.

if under 248 then 202/204 and if those broken 180. at 180 one would expect a sizeable rally attempt given break there leads to 130 and argues fundamental change in ability to trade imo. which may happen, although one assumes the company will take measures to dispense with the issues at hand. in such a case, the shares would move higher to 300-360p. but levels are levels and must be followed and reacted upon.

61.8% fib at 248. next below there 202/204. one would expect a bounce at 202/204 if 248 doesn't offer one. of course can only know once we hit those levels. resistance by 272 283 293

an opening gap higher after a close near lows usually will get filled, saying nothing else about what happens later. What is required is a poor start but a stronger close. this can be applied to any time period such as hour day week or month. a hammer reversal is a strong technical signal and its what you want after strong moves up or down to indicate a change in direction.

businesses are about profits and profits are about margins. I'm afraid businesses will do whatever they can to ensure margins are as profitable as possible. If they do anything else then the folks running them aren't doing their jobs properly. Clearly there are lines which shouldn't be crossed but assuming the cross the t's and dot the i's (procedure), then they will be back in business. that doesn't mean the overhang will disappear overnight not will it stop any further bad news from appearing. but essentially, if they are seen to be doing the right thing, then the company will be fine.

You are paying for growth. It's no different elsewhere in the online sector. However, they are high beta because of this so the slightest hiccup means a big move to the downside until the issue is corrected. It's suggested the margins will still be there, but the shares will remain volatile and certainly shouldn't be of the eggs in one basket type.

day is not yet over a close under 283 doesnt bode well although downside momentum reducing. however a strong close at highs even if below 200dma bodes well for st movement, although the sp should be regarded in bearish terms while below 200dma on a closing basis in my view.

most shorts will have covered at least some lower down. the break of 283 triggered more buying so techincally behaving well on both up and down momentum. key is now 300p 200dma. if that is cleared and moves a few pence higher, it could trigger a lot of buying to abv 310p easily. for now 283 sup 300p res

283 is the near term top side pivot. on a strong close for the hour it has a chance of being tested. a move abv 283 but back below on an hourly close is bearish again for 274/272. holding abv 283 targets 300p

50% fib at 283 key to further upside. any funds wanting out can dump here, so sup at 272 and maybe 262 vital. above 283 its 300p res, a close above there puts in a st bottom which if held til end of wk puts in a mt low.

248 is in play the 61.8 fib if goes back under 262. 272 is v nearby res,which is being pierced as i type. 283 is the 50% fib a key level which is next point sellers can come in.

up to 271 any sellers may use this uptick to lighten their positions. price needs to stay above 262 or its back downs to lows again. its simply a matter of buyers vs sellers. if more of one than the other, that's the way the sp goes.

272 and 283 the key res now. 283 is 50% retracment on move from march. sellers looking for a bounce to sell into likely to use those levels. if buyers cannot overcome this, price will fall again. if price doesnt fall, it suggests selling done for now.

assuming the fallout is isolated, one would conseratively expect a price north of 300 within two trading statements. as for catching bottoms, that's very diff and one needs to be lucky as the bottom is only in place retrospectively. all that can be done is trade off sup and res levels and manage the position if long, into a hold.

80% of retail traders lose on cfd trading so that in itself is a signal for more losses. when retail throws in the towel or shorts, thats when the bounce may take place.

difficult to make such predictions, best to follow the price as it moves through the levels. nearby you have 300,283,272,262,248,204,202,180. there is still selling on upticks and the price is hugging lows. to form a bottom one needs to see a reaction off a support levels and an hourly close well off that, ideally at or above the opening hour price.

back in the dotcom days when the market caps were much smaller and vols lighter, it might have made a difference for the shell comps or smallest shares, but these days be it the bear or bull side, it really is a waste of folks time. the price will move in the direction it is moving. only news or broker comment is likely to have an impact aside from the actual buying and selling taking place, which ultimately decides the course of the sp.
