My missus is just having a look at the job spec. She reckons she may chuck her hat in the ring and stick in an application.

She is a florist but sees that NCM are an equal opportunities employer and reckons her skills with arranging are easily transferable to boxcuts.

The use of the word potential certainly seems to suggest that negotiations around the remaining 25 per cent will be reopened at some later stage with NCM aiming for full ownership of Havieron. I think that has been the case for some time.

I think, therefore, that there will be two cases of ‘fair market value’ to negotiate in the future. The time for the first 5 per cent discussions will be here before we know it; the second 25 per cent talks must surely take place much later and following 2 or even 3 mineral resource estimate updates. By that time, we will have a clear indication of total resources both indicated and inferred.

The key thing is that the timing of that last 25 per cent was sensibly not nailed on in the farm-in and therefore the timing of negotiations on that subject is in our hands and therefore in our favour. There is no doubt in my mind that that was the intention when the farm-in contract was drawn up.

I think the Ggp will remain an independent concern and that their attentions will now be centred around the other targets that hold such high potential.

Just in after bike ride and good to see rise continuing. Even better to view intraday and note steady rise and no spike.

Mads, I fervently hope you get your 5 to 7p. I reckon it is looking far more likely than it was a few months ago.

What I find interesting is this. Normally when you see sp rises like we have had here the last 3 days, you normally get the newbies and the associated idiotic comments on bulletin boards about ‘the herd’ arriving and then you start to get the ramping stuff from new posters who have bought in and think they can push things along by spouting nonsense. The boards become chockablock with it.

Here, however; just us. It is unusual. The BB comments show calm and measured intrigue with a renewed hope from the usual 5 or 6 of us. I don’t get the impression that we are yet ‘above the radar’ (Is that a saying) . Would love to know who is buying. (Over to you Nice!!)

Anyone get the impression that something is afoot here? The spike 3/4 weeks ago and now this. Most unlike LND and so one can only draw the above conclusion.

Can’t wait for drilling and results of step-outs. We have got to be thinking in terms of 3-5 million ounces I reckon in the identified target areas . Then we have the rest of largely unexplored green belt that BAM gold is sat on. Who knows what else is out there!!

With the sustained gold price and the other minerals in the bank we must be becoming a very interesting subject for potential suitors.

Interest is growing.

That was always my view and why I had hoped for a JV rather than sale. The reason I came to appreciate Mads views re sale was due to the time v balance argument. I know no one forced me to become a LTH but I have, in fact, become a VLTH and probably more a VFLTH. (F for frustrated btw)

I follow other shares and have seen JV’s agreed when the junior company has proved up far less than Landore have done. You have to give credit in that they have moved BAM pretty quickly (in mining terms) for a small company. My concern is that 4 years in other terms is a long time and another 4 years, with dilution, to prove another million is not acceptable in investing terms. So yes I agree but what exactly is the ‘long run’. I sincerely hope (and I know I am like a stuck record) that we are just shy of the cut off point that would allow an agreement and and associated fast track, multi drill exploration IF it is JV rather than outright sale.

Yeah I agree with your sentiments. I suppose a key issue is this. Like last year, (but very unlike previous years) we have had this period from Feb to June without news. Does this mean that negotiations have been taking place for two years on the trot and have failed to agree terms at the moment.

If so, how close are we. This, for me, is the key issue as if we are miles away yet it is not good. However, for all we know we could be close. (Comment in RNS about significant gold investor is interesting) I appreciate that the company can’t comment on this so it’s a call for the individual shareholder as to wether he holds. Or sells.

I know what I am going to do.

At least I know why we are at @only@ 1 mn ounces resource. I suspect they ran out of cash before sufficient infill was completed to prove up the 1.4 mn which was what we expected.

I can only presume that the additional infill now scheduled should bring us to that figure however the biggie is wether the planned step outs / exploration drilling continue to return figures on a par with BAM. Good to see the deep stuff is still going ahead.

My take has not changed. Interested party in the wings but we have not passed their threshold figure (confirmed ounces), and/or adequately shown the additional potential of that multi ounce resource that management are convinced we are sat on.

End of new campaign. Results as expected ..... then game on imo.
