Morning all,

Can anyone assist please.

I understood that a jorc compliant Mineral (Maiden MRE in our case) Resource Estimate needed to be reported and lodged when making such an application.

I have just looked at the guidelines and located the following:

‘Mineral or Coal resource justification.

The mineral resource legislation requires a mining lease (ML) application to provide reasons for the size and shape of the resource authority area being applied for and providing evidence in respect of the quality and quantity of the mineral occurrence in the area being applied for.
The type of information that you may provide to meet these requirements could include the following;

• geological confidence statements for indicated, measured and inferred JORC resources which describes the attributes of the resource status;
• a statement regarding the method of proposed mining and critical assumptions (e.g. strip ratios if known);
• a statement about potential infrastructure requirements and a map of their location in relation to the area applied for’ etc etc etc

How does a ‘Geological Confidence Statement’ compare to a jorc MRE, and how does such a release impact on aim disclosure rules (RNS)

Firstly please don’t take your leave. I enjoy your posts in the main and our banter.

Secondly I am invested here and so obviously want the company to do well. I am optimistic but I base that on proven reports and so try to post factual material . I do bear in mind new investors as you do but worry that they will see some of your posts and decide to go elsewhere before doing their own research that may have led to them investing.

But it isn’t balance is it. It is your constant rehashing of the same old stuff. It is my turn now to ask you to consider your posting content and persistent negative effect.

We learn from history and history is not necessarily an indicator of future performance. Eric Sprott has invested in this company and he is no fool. He clearly likes what he sees here and the way Landore is moving forward.

Let us support the company we are invested in. Yes keep a balance but that is a proper balance and not your personal and peculiar version of balance where you persist in deriding members of the board.

Sorry to be direct. There is absolutely no intention to be rude in any way.

Great to see that you bought in; good luck with your investment. I presume your research went well, and you liked what you saw.

In relation to your 12:34 today I would simply ask that you scroll back through the posts on LSE for the past 6/8 weeks or so (It won’t take you long), and I think you will have your answer......

You will see a number of posts from basically 5 or 6 long term and veryyyyy long term holders. We have different views on this and so no consensus.

What I do think is that LND has proven ni/au resources, big big (read multi million oz au) potential, a very well respected CEO and great team, a mega backer, and very loyal LTH’s.

Have a read, and then I certainly would be interested in your take on things.

It was first light as Michelle and Bill set out from Kirrin Cottage. They knew it was going to be a long day and so Michelle’s aunt had made up a picnic of ham and cucumber sandwiches, freshly baked buttery scones with lashings of jam and clotted cream, and bottles of ginger beer.

They hadn’t gone far when Bill stumbled and fell off the sill into the grassy pond near Junior Lake. ‘Oh Bill, you are a silly’ chuckled Michelle as she pulled him back onto the path. ‘Be careful or we will never get to Lamaune in time to start digging’. Bill started back on the path but was limping badly. ‘Hang on a tick Mich’ he yelped. ‘I’ve got a bugger of a stone in my boot now, help me to get it off’. He sat down whilst Michelle tried to pull his Doc Marten off. ‘Gosh’ she said, ‘Now I am all muddy’.

Bill sat down and did not reply. ‘William’ she shouted. ‘Are you listening to me. All my nail varnish has come off’. Bill said nothing but turned to look at her and simply held out his hand which was struggling to hold something. Whatever ‘it’ was was glinting in the Canadian sun. Michelle bent down............to be continued...

I must say it does look orchestrated. God only know who has done the selling although there has been a suggestion on here. As for the buyer, well I hope it is our egi. There are rumours about who this is flying about. Hopefully we will get clarification by means of TR1 ( or 1’s) next week.

On a more serious note, I hope that Mrs Arbitrox is getting a bit more attention at the moment as I have a feeling (good btw) that LND will be taking up quite a bit of our attention in the weeks and months of 2020 to come.
