Invested prior to suspension, if any new investor sees this I’d run asap….
Flatlined
.
I loved all the promises of communication and RNS’s from the BOD. Might as well given my money to the Nigerian Prince who is currently stuck in Hull who needs my help…
Refrained from saying this but Jesus Christ this is crap
Rooblertwo you sure do post a lot of crap
Hopefully not too many here put money into CLP
Ouch
Still rather would have a nice steady rise over the upcoming weeks and months rather than the boom bust cycle we have been seeing.
Seems like things are progressing which is always a good sign, I don’t think we will hear much in the upcoming weeks other than maybe one last change in holdings if we are lucky!
Way I see it, Peterhouse May not be directly involved anymore if they don’t have to be.
Goodman Derrick probably have a bigger role to play than just hosting the AGM
Hijacking this a little bit, but look into Goodman Derrick which is the business offices were it’s being held.
The company has experience with mergers if you look through their recent work.
I posted about it earlier but no one battered an eye haha.
True, but thought it might be relevant.
Also the location of the AGM is held in the building of the business Goodman derrick LLP

Their recent work:
Competition – successfully obtaining clearance from the Competition Commission for a merger between two significant public transport companies in Scotland
Competition – successfully advising on a review of merger undertakings in the health sector
Competition – successfully acting in a claim based on non-disclosure of cartel liability in a business sale agreement
Regulatory – acting in the biggest case so far brought by the UK Tax Disciplinary Board against a Hong Kong based professional.
Regulatory – acting for a doctor in High Court proceedings against a decision of the GMC regarded as unduly lenient
Regulatory – setting aside as a result of a mediation, a worldwide banning order on two sports officials

Other than that i don't have anything else, if anyone wants to try dig deeper be my guest.
No other word really for it, but the current share price isn’t really that important.
Think a lot of us just need to detach ourselves a little bit from the current share price, everything will become good in due time with out without us price watching!
Antos joining the board would pretty much just be a confidence play for private shareholders. Him being on the BOD might hinder what actions he can take in terms of share acquisition. Would be nice but I don’t see it happening until a the next major meeting which will more than likely be the approval for the RTO.
Hope it’s just people not knowing what the RNS means, I’d imagine a change in holdings of Antos of 3% would have had a bigger change due to people having a better understanding.
Either that or all the people who have bought shares are maxed out now, I’d be buying more if I had additional funds.
Hope so, current share price is a joke.
Should be back at 0.04p!!!
The purchasing of the 3% warrants is most likely the reason why Antos has been unable to buy from the open market, he couldn’t do both at the same time due to insider information.
I wouldn’t be surprised if we start seeing more delayed trades and changes in holdings through the upcoming weeks and months, to him there is no rush to RTO this company apart from the 6th month deadline. If we don’t see any more purchases of shares from Antos, I’d consider it pretty likely that information that could move the share price is going to stop him from doing so.
Again my opinion
wonder if there has been some large delayed buys that need to come through, odd that the share would move like it has on little tiny trades.
