Thought I was maybe on to something, oh well thanks anyways. :)
Aiminghigher, don’t suppose the before screenshots you have mention the 15.6% of shares not in public hands?
Just curious to see if any of the recent issue of equity is now considered to be in private hands.
Thanks in advance
We was afraid something happened to you, good to know you did not top yourself. :D
Does not look like he sold either, there is no deramping haha.
good to know, cheers :)
okay gotcha, Tra1 is that website usually faster at listing trades than delayed LSE?
Where are you seeing this on? Not on LSE or NEX yet
Yeah another TR1 from a certain someone would boost a lot of peoples confidence among other things.
Time to enjoy the weekend!
So someone bought just slightly over 1% of the company in a single trade, my god haha.
177352848 ÷ 12408442268 x 100 = 1.43%
There is always a buyer for every seller.
It was also theorised that a certain someone topped up around 0.04p as his open offer would have gave him and excess of well over 50% if his holding increase was from open offer only
If there is a few more days of large delayed orders showing at the end of the day, i think its of reasonable belief who these orders belong to.
Also a little side note, Antos signed an irrevocable agreement for the issue of 1.74 billion shares. How do you think he will be benefiting from this? I cant imagine him doing so if he is not.
There is still near 2 billion shares that are unaccounted for, still my prediction that a nice chunk of those will be going to Antos.
I'm still at a bit of a loss in terms of people believing that PH forward sold shares
Is there any hard proof of this?
Without saying how much i am holding, i asked for around 120% excess in shares.
Also i did it pretty early on, don't know if that matters.
seems pretty random, i got 34%
As a response to 2. its definite they have been already sold if you read this extract from the Issue of equity
Bould Opportunities plc (AIM: BOU), is pleased to announce that it has raised gross proceeds of £218,000 (net proceeds of £207,100) via the placing of 1,744,000,000 new ordinary shares of 0.01p each ("Ordinary Shares") with new and existing investors.
Looks like they already made payment for the shares, and the people who are receiving the shares are already chosen.
I'd like to add those shares have already been sold, and probably won't be going on the open market.
Chances are they have been sold to Antos, possibly Syms and some others.
These were not used to cover forward selling by Peterhouse as some think. (My opinion)
I'd be very surprised if there is a drop in SP on Friday
Granted it’s too early for me to be looking into this at 7am on a weekend, but by my understanding a reverse takeover is the same thing as a reverse merger.

What may happen with the shares : https://uk.practicallaw.thomsonreuters.com/Cosi/SignOn?comp=pluk&redirectTo=%2fw-006-9109%3ftransitionType%3dDefault%26contextData%3d(sc.Default)%26firstPage%3dtrue
would not call it ironic, but its not difficult to see where those shares will be going.
