Antos won’t come on as as a BOD (if he ever does) until he believes he’s got a sufficient number of shares, limiting himself out of buying shares on the open market is idiots at best.

RNS was definitely laid out in a way that puts emphasis on his failed companies, whereas no information is given on his current roles or the roles he’s had in that last five years in companies that are still in operation

I’d put emphasis on strategic change. If this man is placed as a director in companies carrying out large changes, there is no chance in hell that a person could revive every single company he is put at the helm with.

From what I understand about the share trade section, it’s an automated system and depending if it’s closer to the bid or the ask at the time will determine if it’s a sell or a buy on there. Nothing malicious is going on, don’t worry. :)

Odd that they focused on the negative companies? Still believe their trying to artificially push share price down to allow Antos to buy a larger number of shares. They’ve done it before and I don’t think this will be the last.

Well Mr. Boy if you’d have kept your .42 shares pre open offer, you could have had your wish with shares under .2 if you’d have got excess. Seems like someone is holding a lot of regret as of right now.
