You tell me, eddie and align both blocked me for raising the issue. However Misty at the Texas RRC is very happy to help simply email an enquiry address on their site. As you can see from the second document they can't even answer a letter.
Orslega.....wtxr operating they are currently delinquent. Morris Collins and Amason are all severed leases at the moment. http://webapps2.rrc.state.tx.us/EWA/leaseDetailAction.do?searchType=distLease&selTab=4&distCode=01&leaseNo=12568&methodToCall=displayLeaseDetail&rrcActionMan=H4sIAAAAAAAAAL1Ry2rDMBD8GvdiEJL8qH3YgzBuySVpHdMkhBxUWyQFxzYruQ_wx3ftUihJr-1Jw8w-Zlaj4BzkKLgAcYNYqcq9dG1RYb3nB5j5N_Os-95KRjKzTjvD3DsbrBeohFOFBE_e5RtFMJigNa8GdVuZx8Hgx9dAVnckh3A27tTVZZfppiEiAjRuwLbs1kZjdSIqAX7lY29nVeHRsl6jPj_pZjCTvRB2s8fV7IMLemJIw0gGKcFb2JTbwl895IUqF8t735NJmW_V2pOpJzN_sczYxTLxH6Htd9gYen00-CPUrxcQh_1l3WST_k2C4GMAIhrDCUVExQSu-__wgp-ssIZhQwIAAA
They still appear to be having trouble with one of the permits not sure why the keep ignoring the Texas rrc. http://webapps.rrc.texas.gov/dpimages/r/4012583
They have not even applied to recomplete the well to test the gas yet. Indeed it is still showing as a severed lease so it's not the first obstacle to overcome. http://webapps2.rrc.state.tx.us/EWA/severanceResultsDrillDownAction.do?distCode=01&leaseNo=12568&rrcActionMan=H4sIAAAAAAAAAL1TwU7bQBD9GvdiydqZXRv7MAcrpFWkNmkdC4IiDltnBZFMbO06BSR_fGeNIBBTFSHBad682Vm_eTvuQQiSPQgg_GJtlVfdttkVld2sxSUN_K35rdvWYcTlyHW6M1F3F-1dIPNU8AmkAL9Oz3OG0kNn_hird5X5tTf2_uHCaNNwWdGN6a6bTdlMdF0zEZM13d7uymZptK2umUpJjHSs3VDN7ZWLWm31zZmu98bLU3TBPQllKkaZMTyh83JVhIuf0yIvZ_NvYYBpOV3lywCzACfhbD6Jju6Hz5jTPc6XUKuvjH02x6tDw-X6-JyXyU-FBKKXhFmvCEUfM5UwNe7_UNPwnabVRjtzajq9rf_j2Gbr2lrffz80_Ns9GKlbP_uQp44sECBIZVIigvKZJMA4ST3kH4GrTynSj0VRzJYeKxLAkYdicd2gzKeCTmTqfWQ_1LgO2cFpiCkMQwhDjxNa-JAeyije8BL-HNCpD0hJHKeJGGShfJEpms9Wi_nYmVf3Ch73Cnit_FbBsFV_AWYbgCYfBAAA&methodToCall=searchByLeaseNo
I have bought a chunk on the market just above placement price.
An update of sorts.
Yup
LOL
orslega......oh I do take note indeed I note petroteq announced on the 22nd of May it no longer needed the Deloro funding yet the very next day proposed to issue another 4.2 million shares at US$0.59. Time for projections is over do they have a functioning plant or not???
Late reported sells very naughty.
The original planning application for the X2 well mentions that permission was also granted to convert X1 in to a water injector. Initial production was expected to be mostly oil only and any prodjuced water tankered to Brockham for disposal as it had been with X1 production. I would be very surprised if they are not converting X1 to injector now to accomodate disposal of produced water following fitting of ESP in X2.
Watching the Texas permits. Still nothing for Morris. Gilbreath 18,19 and 46 are now permitted for recompletion with 48 delayed for mapping. So I expect that they will announce recompletion workovers for FH sooner or later.
Then as I said we disagree and when the first full month of production appears on the Texas RRC website I will return to discuss. In the mean time my opinion is that a well that has been rested for many years reworked and put on production gives an IP rate that is not indicative of continuous production.
