I am new to this too. But when a company issues bonds they put conditions of contract onto the bond. To protect the company from losses part of those conditions are dependent on share price. It appears here that after the uptake of bonds the share price has hit a threshold where the bank can force the redemption on the bonds, otherwise the company's interest payments would continue at a rate far beyond the reach of potential revenues.

Just going to hold. I was taken in by trade signals with Barclays, this could be back up a bit yet.

My perception is company documents are logged with Peterhouse and if they move BOULD documents move with them.

The Govt is completely focussed on subsidizing our departure from Europe. We are currently loosing £600m of inward investment due to uncertainty. Once the debacle is resolved and there is some structure to UK business, large scale mining projects could be something tax payers money will again support.

Hi there UM, Kier have kept their prices high on road infrastructure as they focus on their important building projects. Personally with BOE rate low I think they could try to hang on to Kier Living. With seven decades of experience putting up houses they should continue to do so. Also if it was such great news for BBY why has their SP only blipped this morning?

I know you got in at just over 63p at some point, there after you stopped buying the dips. There is a wobbly resistance around 114p. Must of been a few sales earlier this morning.

Slight increase in a short position on 13th, Q2 Results Okayish, and a death of a senior Independent director. The director had been on board since 2008. SP bit volatile today. GLA.

Quick look at Short Tracker and TT International pumped up their position to by .16% so with a few longs getting their Xmas bonus was it the extra short that took it down so far on 14th?

Black Rock 12th August reduced their position by a slim margin. At these affordable prices will others follow on?
