What I cant understand is when the CEO & CFO told the Board that they had falsified Accounts and Costis confirmed he had sold off a large stake (obvious insider dealing and a fraud), why werent the SFO informed straight away and the 2 put behind bars. Gavin Burnel then takes over but resigns witin 5 days. Is he part of the scam? what about Ben Ariko? why was he suspended and not aprehended? It is obviously a well planed affair. Any news from the fund which bought Costis's shares. I am surprised that a large chunk 1.2 million shares sold are noted last and not in time sequence

If Gavin Burnell (director since 2007) and Lorraine Young have resigned, who is managing GBO. If there was anything left of GBO, these 2 would not leave. Grant Thornton must be taken to task. You cant sign clean reports 4 months before Company collapses. Wonder how much they charged for the Audit

It is obvious that all regulatory and due diligence Authorities let us down. First the Auditors, second FCA, (what were they regulating? AIM Authorities role? and Gennacord who consistently forecast 90p expected value throughout.(what was this based on?) I am shocked that Standard Life and Hargreaves Lansdown also have investments in GBO (surely, they have the resources to validate present/future value. I assume they will bring action against the Auditors once the dust has.settled This can take a long time though but an interim FCA report should clear

I followed Standard Life and Hargreaves Lansdown, assuming they would have done due dilligence work before taking substantial positions. GT, the Auditors will try wriggling out I suppose but surely there was so much wrong that basic Audit would have revealed a thread and more work needed to be done!

what a mess. Surely, there will be action against the Auditors for signing the 2014 Accounts. Class action must be brought and Costis slung in prison for 20 years as he has admitted falsifying figures? But where is he. Do we know where the Board meeting was held?. look at Monitise and PV Crystalax solar. Both so hyped up. I recall at the reputable Moneyweek conference, these 2 were peddled. Monitise was 80p then and 3 p now and PV I think around 75p? and 8p now

Ball very much in Costis's court. I hope he replies swiftly. With shares suspended, the Company's rebuttal point by point must be filed before close of business. If it isnt, I wonder!!
