Upenn, well done. I agree with your positive stance and GBO's statement is self explanatory. I am not sure of Bonds at 10% in this market. These shares are too low. should be around 90 to 125 in a few months. I am in it for the long term too but around 200k holding

GBO cant explain the Share Price drop. Statement explains they are on track and growing and Bond will be used wthin 2 years for acquisition. Are Directors buying? Standard Life hangover does not help but should be easy to place at these prices. Expect 60p by September

Cant see anything in figures or any reports that would necessitate price at these levels. Is it Ennismore who have sold at 47p in September so speculators are very much in. Price had dropped when Grant Thornton were appointed to consolidate with 1 firm of Auditors. No statement from GBO executive to explain the drop. Surely, 1 would be expected shortly. My view is at current performance price should be around 90 to 125p and somebody may well be building a stake.

On 10/06/2015 64p and 48p now despite excellent interims. PE down to 6 so where is the logic. Exposure to Greece is minimal so is there something hidden (bad debts) in the figures? or can the technology go out of date or copied/replicated by somebody else? like IBM (their figures are down again and GBO may make a good bolt on. I can see a possible upwards trajectory when it comes on US investors Radar

The trades today dont make sense. The sell prices are at 49p and the buys at 48.75 so what is going on? the market makers losing money? pull the other one.

On 10/06/2015, the shares touched 65p. so I wonder. where do you get info on who is shorting and by how much? I am sitting tight and adding. Prepared to wait and I believe by year end shares will have moved on

Yesterday, it slid on the eve of trading announcement (expected good figures) Sombody is manipulating the price? At these levels, it is trading at PE of 5. Gannacord the broker has buy rating and price of 90p so whats going on

Best wait for Trading update this week when all this should be sorted. On current form GBO should be around 75p. Is a bid likely from a larger fish at these prices. Costis still has around 20% of Capital and with large buys last week, somebody is quite active. Standard Life are still there so wait and sit tight for my investment. Am not sure why GBO would offer such a high Bond yield

500,000 bought at 7.08 but quite a spread 46-51 and another 500,000 at 8.57. wonder who is buying, Directors or stake building? Upenn in 2 weeks will be the real test on price.

I suppose the next lynchpin point is Trading Announcement around end July. Thereare no negatives expected. ADR are already listed in US. Does anybody know on Bond issue? rate that Globo are paying?

Candy1 your observations are on the button. I have been topping up when they are below 50. we are in it for the longer term so no worries. Herbie 1, the debtors are mostly in US, Canada and Australia and Globos collection record is very good and also repeat business. They are penetrating local Authority market in UK and have sold and maintaining systems for Milton Keynes. Standard Life, Hargreaves are investors for the longer term as well. I wont be surprised if Costis and other Directors are topping up as well.

Globo has a miniscule business in Greece. yes, they have outgoings with staff located in Greece but limited income so the impact on Globo will be negligible. Globos announcement makes that clear and therefore ''sentiments'' rather than facts are influencing the share price.

As another deadline looms on Grexit, it is apparent, the rest of Europe are not happy at German stance and a hair cut may be inevitable. After all the Union was on political consideration so why start worrying about Economics now?. The whole world including China has problems. Tsipras is emboldened and will give some ground on Austerity but demands much more and at least a three year bail out will be agreed so I am quite optimistic about this cloud hanging over Globo and other shares
