RE: Absolute garbage27 Feb 2020 21:34
if its any consolation flabby most stocks are down. Unfortunatly we will be following wall street even though their market was and still is overpriced inmo. where matters could be eliviated to some degree here is the lack of news. for example dates have been finalised for the rhum workover, but how do investors here about it . Through message boards and energy voice. This company may be well run, but they still haven't grasped pr inmo, They are not alone unfortunately. For me I hold and still do due to slightly misleading comments from them in terms of further acquisitions after bkr. Im not convinced anything will materialise now, but we do have a doubling of production too look forward to in a little over 18 months. so I will hold to nearer that time, but not after unless they come up with something. As I posted before the best bet is b,p throws us another bone.that unfortunately seems the only likley hood of another cash generating acquisition.even that now seems far off after shearwater going to premier oil
The other concern here is why was the platform closed if this casson removal isn't a huge problem in terms of health and safety. Still seems very odd to me. Also dont expect this to open up as ftse futures are currently down nearly 2% together with oil and gas, but they can turn rapidly when it suits governments especially the u.s to announce all is well. which I would imagine isn't to far off now
