Long term holders already know I have never been a fan of oryx. This is now the third time they have done this to the shares during the past 12 months. They are very happy to subscribe to shares at ten when the rest of us have been left to purchase them in the open market above that only to watch the shares being walked down for a placing. The sooner they are gone the better inmv. This doesn't sit easy with me. However one possible explanation is that Oryx hold 30 per cent of Ekf through c mills. Maybe Ekf plan on purchasing ODX . so the selling could be to do with regulatory matters or worse they plan on holding the price down for a lower offer for Odx. Either way this is not good inmho.
Maybe they will act quickly and an offer comes in at 30 p. Probably just when the company is about to release some positive news on antibody testing. We will see. Only my opinion so dyor

Brucey platform. Just don't screw up . Inmho as a long term holder of serica shares. If you do at least do it for a better reason than a bolt coming loose.

I'm scaling down share investments now. I have two holdings this one and omega. Your share maybe worth a punt. For me now looking at some kind of yield as I do not see much growth in shares for a while now. Apart from funeral directors .on the subject of serica. At least they should now be underpinned to form degree inmh,but who knows part of the recent opec deal could be to shut the platform down again. After all some red neck may have involved something on the platform . Bless them.

Hope your right Dibs. Id be happy if this now gets to 30 and holds during the next two weeks. Maybe you could answer something. NXC posted how he sees things panning out. Basically is he saying that whatever happens with the consortium omega will benefit in some way by manufacturing a test even if developed by another country.

some positive news at last. Hopefully gas prices will also stabalise. and who knows a british company will soon be manufacturing a poc antibody test for covid so we can start to leave our prison cells

there are some well informed posters on advfn. long term holders have stayed with omega knowing that it would eventually come good with the three segments they have CD4 Visetect, food Intollerence and allergens. Any antibody test is a huge bonus for various reasons.
The problem for new investors is having a full understanding of the business if you are not scientifically orientated. Im still learning, but have held for three years. albeit sold some before all the recent announcements. For personal reasons and nothing to do with omega.

I would be interested in your opinion re omega diagnostics. I hold the same financially as with serica. Something isn't adding up there inmho.

I hold a very small amount of these ,but hold a larger amount in serica. My only concern is that if a midget did happen serica could end up with large decomis costs.

That would be nice if it did. Inmv realistically we could get back to a trading level of 1.30 during the next couple of months.. Next year should be the year especially if normality has returned to a degree,
We still need gas prices to improve with oil though. So hopefully they will follow any increase in brent prices

Once covid is out of the way inmv. Schools will anually test. Not just for this strain of covid

After all who can stop them apart from the donald..let's hope things get back ho some sort of normality soon. I'm just happy now for my investments to stay stable and way of life in general

I posted a reply I had from omega a month ago on advfn.Basically the ir test has nothing to do with the infectious disease division sold to them. It was developed from their existing platform

Personally I hope they do not mention anything that will make investors think that a acquisition is on the horizon. That's been the problem with this during the past two years inmv.
Better to say nothing an if it happens great. But please don't start dropping codes innuendo just to keep investors on board

been in touch with the Donald and he and his administration would like daily updates from the nickel re gas prices , we are all thick and stupid and regularly need this highlighted . just realised maybe nickel investor is a red neck
