Why news on Wednesday. Surely more likely in two to three weeks time. Design freeze is next step then limited manufacturing to test on scale. Then who knows after that. It would great though if more collaborations are being formed through omegas existing expertise and platform.
Personally very happy to hold. My worry in the road was a cheap takeover would occur. This will not happen inmv now. Unless of course something goes drastically wrong.

Hopefully newkotb investors will now start to see the potential in serica more than ever now. I bought some more a few days albeit a small amount, but as I posted earlier if the timing is right with my other main nvestment I will be buying more.
Personally I now try not to look at oil and gas prices to depressing but the longer serica holds up the bigger the bounce inmv.

Inmho As soon as gas oil turns the corner newkotb this will bounce big time. I'm sure yourself and other experienced oil gas investors already know that. . Sounds awful but a really harsh winter temperature wise would help. Morally not the best way to view things, but hope to make up for having that thought view in the future. After all none of us are in control of global temperatures.

I am doing o.k Newkotb. Thanks for asking.Good days and bad days like most of us. Hope things are o.k with yourself. I am still in omega. I did sell some a month ago when the market was in free fall, but still hold a decent amount. Hope to be in a position to buy some more Serica at some point soon

At least we stall have dividend to look forward to. Hopefully gas and oil are near the bottom . So we may start to see a gradual recovery in the share price.

People also need to understand what omega is all about. in my view any poc test distributed to poorer nations will be similar to how cd4 visitect is being dealt with. Visitect was always designed with the attention to provide a low cost resource free test to poor nations. There is no reason as to why any antibody test could not be applied in the same manner. With the added benefit of selling it into rich nations. So in my view very positive in terms of morality and revenue.

Could some one clarify something
The company are measuring total production as barrel of oil equivalent. I'm I right in saying that a good guide is to strip out operating costs from brent prices to give an idea as to what we are currently making. Also either add or subtract any percentage movement in gas to the Brent price to give an overall net figure.im assuming that takes into account hedges.

So still crap news dith regards to bkr. Maybe they would now do better to just shut down and return all assets to shareholders. Let the good uk government pick up any costs. After all they did it with the banks. We will see what the forward statement is tomorrow,. I'm all for closing bkr down and doing nothing .

from a personally point I invested at about 15p ten years ago . the shares went to 40 and fell back for all the reasons we now about, over the years I added an got lucky wuth BKR and as we all know is a bit of a acquillies heel. So for me I am hoping that they acquire some bargin basement assets, but time is running out for most long term investors
