My view is that any proposed drilling should be prosponned for the following reasons
Any promises by the current hmg cannot be trusted. Just look at what they promised with UK Diagnostic industry. Only to purchase billions of pounds worth of test s from China.
Going by this I would say that they are about to do a deal with Russia. Who cares but I wish they would not lie and lead everyone on inmv

For me I very saddened that the CEO has stepped down when in my opinion he should have sacked the entire bod. He was the only director not selling his shares. That speaks volumes to me.committef honourable man in my view

Surely with IOC share of Rhum held in trust and in s escrow account it would not cause problems as the proceeds would simply go there.
