We don’t know the connection between tests being validated correctly and to the required standard and then orders to customers.

They’ve been selling the antibody test to be administered for sometime unless uk gov have decided they will take the priority and exclusively making for them ?

We haven’t heard of any Elisa development with antibody and the antigens to follow

I’m going the opposite. I don’t think It will be the same message, I think they’ll announce before and it will be hood news. They aren’t daft, they won’t communicate pro actively less or poor news through an organised means which would drop sp and loose confidence, this is about improving, updating, getting better. I think we will see good news soon.

Odx have an Elisa based lab antibody test also available and being sold. Been out there sometime.

It makes sense that odx aren’t as involved in the second antigen saliva test as they already signed development and manufacturing with Mologic on a three year deal months ago.

Like the USA I hope the uk government picks uk businesses to supply the products, one thing for sure trump was never going to go outside America.

So we need to replicate the same and hope the government strike deals with uk businesses that issue the tests. Rapid flow, non instrument tests are key to opening society fully, there is no saliva test coming earlier than December, trump has announced a hybrid version because he has an election to win.

Trump and his admiral have just demonstrated a poc, none instrument tests on national tv from Abbott. Still needs a professional person to administer but getting closer to our tests and options.

It’s all about testing fast enough to stay open at such a low cost that it’s an instant payback rather than closing down.

That’s what everyone is talking about now, government, USA, everyone is looking for millions of rapid, point of care tests to not only test but make it so much easier that it solves our social paralysis, it’s now taking share, quality of test, availability of test and in this market some of the big boys can’t compete as they simply don’t make them.

I would say that’s very close RNS update with Avacta. I would say today or tomorrow at the latest. Interesting that it’s not before year end so no faster than Mologic test which based on updates started quite a few weeks ahead. Maybe it’s getting clearer that these uk based businesses are working pretty well together and are looking to make for uk and then export massively for the benefit of all.
