So if a vaccine get announced and they need to test against this for antibodies I think they’ll use the rtc fully approved, quickest and cheapest test available.

Whether available at home or not doesn’t really matter, administered by health professionals at hospitals or surgeries around the country. In some respects the vaccine is more important than the MHRA update as that’s what will drive its actual use. That use will be I guess long term until a cure is found or sufficient evidence to stop taking?

The antigen really needs home use or as is now happening administered intervention to a scale that doesn’t slow society down. We are no doubt getting close on both fronts and odx isn’t been left behind.

There was the immediate need which odx could never have met and medium to long term which if they have two fully approval lateral flow poc trysts then they’ll do extremely well.

I keep looking for other divi stocks with growth and yield potential but even taking into account the tax I can’t get the others close. Looking at 8 or 9% yield, potential for an extra £1 on to this sp if the cash continues to come through.

Appreciate the owner risk, my intention is to hang in, see another divi, this edges over £2.50 and I’ll start thinking what next, I think it has this potential

I thought they gave predicted numbers by April but also mentioned the ability to go higher and already talking to machine suppliers? I think they expand appropriately, we are already seeing an increase in capacity within months

Wow, still reading about tests that are trialled and don’t work. Overtime it will become obvious how good the antibody test is and if Mologic make the antigen likewise, just shows these tests aren’t easy at all to create

Liverpool is obviously too soon bar maybe access to validate and trial their tests? If they can get in and do this it will support timeframes going forward.

Not odx that has done wrong just your impractical timescale of making a lateral flow test validated in only a few months.

Their sim is Xmas, they haven’t missed to deadlines nor chance, I’d rather longer and have a very good test

Soon, I think divi payment just into the new year, update for this maybe next two weeks giving six weeks until payment.

So much cash but nothing to do with it. The risk is high but no where near as high compared to other stocks which make me feel quite save in this space. I hope and think it’s a no brainier and happy to invest and wait this out, it could as easily be £3 which wouldn’t be unreasonable against what the business is doing in value terms

Hospital tests won’t drop just the type of test will change.

Most testing will move to lateral flow antigen and antibody.

If you then test positive it will be confirmed with a lab test, that’s the big difference, everything into lateral flow.

This means tests direct to people who need the test, quicker, direct and far less in cost to the government than lab based which also supports more lateral tests being used instead in the first place

Lateral flow keep the economy and society going, lab tests add a delay which knocks on and stops society functioning.

Lateral flow for nearly all forms of test and if positive and follow up with lab test. These will come from uk and abroad. Odx will do two million in April, combination lateral flow antigen to keep economy going and antibody before and after vaccine taken

They’ll divi I think in November for payment early jan. we know cash is good, sp weighed down by potential risk which pointed out is no more than many other businesses. Maybe investors are sensing this as it climbs back towards £2.

So another combination test isn’t included but you’d like to think it could be?? Maybe why they want two million a week?

Ncyt won’t go as high now for sometime, there’s one different dynamic and that’s lateral flow being touted to take over and it literally will in great volumes of validated. They’ll be a switch of 90% of tests to lateral flow overtime alongside them being used more long term both antigen and antibody,

Ncyt may get into this space, they may develop tests or buy businesses that are, they know it’s coming so expect some decisions.

In regards immediate shorter term growth the backing will come to lateral flow as validated, proven and used. Some investors looking for the immediate growth will move and hope odx is a second wave literally growing massively investment, they’ll take that chance.

As lateral flow numbers increase so will sp, ncyt lab tests will drop but they’ll hopefully continue to do well. So if you want short term sp growth odx but this doesn’t mean ncyt won’t grow either, it’s about which one has more potential to go at and bearing in mind odx recent half year the gap of potential is pretty big
