Short term thinking around fxpo and whether to invest? There is a lot to play out yet, pretty much impossible to digest and understand next steps as Russia look to topple the government and put their government in. I think putin has to watch general population not agreeing with war footing. I originally bought this share around £1.4 after covid started, it went up into £3+ areas and I sold off so this share owes me nothing. If everything gets better and I hope for the people of urkraine first then averaging down won’t be hard. The loss on here is nothing compared to urkraine itself

I sold some at 275 last week, keeping the rest and would average down not based on sp but action on the ground. My uranium shares are now blue, energy shares are moving up. Their saying Russia out of SWIFT payment is on the table, that’s big, would sell gazprom at that point, they’ll be going east

i'm not so sure i see this as a high risk share as the last place the west or putin in going to need to go is kaz at the moment and in the future. copper price is going up, market bar oil and gas is going down so i'm watching just to see whether we get lower and potentially buy some more. eyeing up the divi in april

i had about 13,000 shares. yesterday i sold 6741 at 275 which i bought at 242 so made a nice little amount. the rest bought at 325 so they will now sit and be left to see what comes of the next few months. they'll potentially be a buying point

I didn’t keep the shares to sell soon, I’ve gambled on dividend payments based on high gas prices which continue, can’t belong now before an update

I was watching gazprom yesterday, I guess it’s all linked like you say to sanctions. I wonder if at any point fxpo will say anything, guess it’s difficult for them to comment as they really don’t know next steps. Russia could continue now being under heavier sanctions for years.
