Results of Tender Offer and Tender Offer Declared Unconditional
London, 11 January 2022 - the Company provides an update further to the announcement made on 3 November 2021 regarding proposals for the Cancellation of Listing and a Tender Offer and on 23 November 2021 of the Results of Extraordinary General Meeting.
Capitalised terms not otherwise defined in the text of this announcement have the meanings given in the Company's announcements of 3 November 2021 and [16 December 2021].
Result of Tender Offer
The Company announces that the Tender Offer for the purchase of up to 40,096,476 Ordinary Shares closed at 1.00 p.m. on 6 January 2022.
A total of 26,942,198 Shares were validly tendered by Qualifying Shareholders under the Tender Offer at the Tender Offer Price of 42.0 pence per Ordinary Share. This equates to approximately 15.65% per cent. of the Ordinary Shares in respect of which the Tender Offer was made. SP Angel declared the Tender Offer unconditional on 11 January 2022.
Following the purchase and cancellation of the Ordinary Shares that have been tendered, the total Ordinary Shares in issue will be 145,183,718.
The Tender Offer is being made by SP Angel Corporate Finance LLP as principal on the basis that all Ordinary Shares that it buys under the Tender Offer will subsequently be repurchased from it by the Company pursuant to the terms of the Repurchase Agreement and then cancelled.

i agree however one more spectacular push in everything before the rates rise and everything implodes. i think we are seeing the energy behind a push up that everyone will not wish to miss and up we go. timing as always is everything, not to be too greedy, I'd take the £3.20 mentioned yesterday!!

I'm a big believer in the bull run on commodities. i think we are going to have a decade of commodities ahead however we have one stickler in the way, interest rates and debt levels. so we are going to have a show down point as rates rise, debt is unmanageable and the markets react and fail. at this point i will buy as much commodities, inflation busting stocks as possible

The copper price rose on Wednesday as worries eased about economic growth in top metals consumer China and positive sentiment swept the commodity sector.

March delivery contracts were exchanging hands for $4.60 a pound ($10,140 a tonne) on the Comex market in New York in midday trade, up 3.5% compared to Tuesday’s closing and the highest since October.

“Commodities prices may stay high for decades as mining companies struggle to keep up with demand from the energy transition,” BlackRock’s global head of thematic and sector-based investing Evy Hambro told Bloomberg TV.

“We’ve got decades worth of high rates of investment into infrastructure as the world seeks to decarbonize. That’s a widely held consensual view,” he said. “What we’re likely to see is strong demand that will keep prices at very very good levels for the producers for many years into the future, and that could be decades.”
Raw materials, and shares of some companies that produce them, hit record highs last year as massive global stimulus measures underpinned consumption. At the same time, the shift toward a greener world is creating fresh demand for metals such as copper, lithium and nickel.

Ok, you tell me what you think is going to happen then, it’s easy to be critical of others views, tell us next three months direction

We might now see a parabolic stock market increase. The us exchange is liking the high inflation and pushing on with commodities now looking good as people move to value stocks also. Only thing stopping this is rate hikes and tapering

out at 7% with little tapering, interest rates at 0% and billions still back into the financial instruments

expected to be above 7% potentially adding weight to tapering and interest rate rises. its going to be a rocky ride the next few months as the dollar moves which impacts copper prices and commodity based businesses. it will also impact lead, zinc and silver so overall potential positive for business.

Their next move and future update will be critical for sp. Finding the future is obviously a big deal even though these mines have years to go. Appreciate the risk insight, I think the price of copper, zinc, lead and silver will blow some of this away over the next few weeks and years ahead making Caml a decent inflation protecting investment

happy to investment, will take the extra risk. i don't think the Russian link is any stronger, i think this was already there and isn't going to change any time soon. the link being close to Russia will always be there and a high risk, i agree they don't perform as well as other miners but always interesting how people measure risk in regards to different locations. brazil, mexico, chile, africa etc, which ones is more stable and better???

tax rises are going everywhere that always follows high debt levels in government and inflation, its the next stage after inflation so expect to see this everywhere, just interesting which country has the highest, tax rate in uk also so its coming, gla

so they did a 8p and 6p last year and this year 8p so far, looking for 12p coming out of the end of year and announced in march. the rogue trader video was excellent at showing the cash coming into the business once the debt is gone and i assume whilst not paid off at the bank we are now net cash positive and everything is now hitting the bottom line for the business to keep. the debt repayments will go, interest payments also.

20 p for the year, they might add a one off to this in order to support shareholders or it also depends on whether they have eyed another mine by this point.

also remembering from the video caml production costs and therefore copper mining costs are one of the lowest, tax increases might come however good starting base and no doubt some of this will get passed on in higher prices which makes miners a good inflation support equity. i bought another 6,000 this morning, especially with the caml update in regards impact from the recent riots.

I only get worried in regards the idea of total takeover by the government, let’s be honest probably been more violence in usa over last few years than this. In no way disrespecting what’s gone on as this is serious, hard for locals and terrible to live through, it’s the instability and locality to Russia that worries people.

i agree the SP has hardly shifted however the rogue trader insight was going in highlighting as of later this year the amount of free cash flow is going to be huge as debts are gone, theyll share or buy something

Inflation everywhere, interest rates and debt are going to destroy the equity markets.

Famous last words. It reports a force of 2,500 soldiers in a country the same size as Western Europe. Granted population isn’t as big, they’ve removed government bar the dodgy one at the top, we are going to see different levels of violence and push back in many countries as inflation bites and I see no sign of it retreating.

I have a similar holding. I’ll only go in now below £1.80. I don’t expect this until later in the year but if stable and below this mark I’ll buy more, ideal £20k worth, £1.80 below.

I also wonder a message in the latest independent director is his experience in advising and involvement in buying other businesses, I think their looking for something to spend all the money on

i agree with comments below, i reviewed and have stayed in, i expected and wanted a drop to less than £2 in order to get in and buy more in the next six months.

whilst Kazakhstan isn't looking good it seems as mentioned the people in this stock are pretty stable with very little sold and change indeed, sometimes you get far more of a reaction than this.

need to be comfortable with investment and leave however appreciate revolution can change things somewhat
