i spend the £10 to get access to videos as thought price worth paying, then closed off my investment with fox today but buyin £2k worth at these lower levels, my challenge is the risk of going bust, if this is taken away then upside is good and i read what esh has to say, listened to CEo and therefore made the investment.

as already written, any payout, 40 to 50 million euro would be quids in for any shareholder, this can land anytime if the government who are new and different decide to pull the case and agree a payout which i am sure fox would agree to. on top of this is the new guy on site at the factory, making huge operational improvements alongside the local focus, focus on costs borne from corona etc.

worth the punt, if corona goes too far then yes high risk but no different to many invesrments, gla

your right, lets say 50 million euro payout, think thats around 0.19 euro per share so pretty healthy amount. in regards what they will do, watched the video last night, chris seemed more keen on share buyback than divi as easier to do and he is a big holder so.

in regards going bust, lots of people that will support business, loan notes etc and really no word or feeling that this is even possible.

also projects are the focus, they have realised costs can be controlled better and due to corona changes will be made. the payout can come any time, the government may choose to settle out of court at anytime and save money and time!!!

Depends on your risk profile of course. If you buy based on the court case, willing to cut losses worse case then spread isn’t the worry.

Simple maths!! If they win €40 million from the court case? Fraction of what they want. Divide by 263 million shares and divi out after costs, €4 a share? Well that it itself recoups everything and so much more, huge punt but might be now worth it, then there’s the value of the business.

Only risk is them going bust and disappearing off buying back the business off line and that comes down to ethics, directors who you either trust or not? Plenty do it everywhere, my sense suggestion is that they would have done that by now if the intention

We need data, understanding of what the hell is going on or has gone on. It's far more efficient and cheaper than lockdowns and solving distancing. Doctors will test everyone that comes to surgeries, everyone as we build and understanding of what the hell has been going on.

I'm surprised the Elisa test hasn't been approved and formalised, I think this will still come first and soon, I think they'll have been selling the Elisa and using it within the NHS to validate but Public health England statement must come.

The poc pushes forward the antibody test to everyone whenever they want, it makes it easy and clear for people to do themselves. Interesting in the article where it compares with the understanding of HIV. Obviously cd4 is there to help hiv, not that it says who has it or not but where they are in the different stages ab day accuracy is extremely important hence being able to use any of this understanding and accuracy with the test coming forward will be great. Can't believe odx aren't at the forefront of this new test based on cd4, connections to burnet institute etc, I am sure they can help.

Did they say anything about taking on other quarries? I know this has been mentioned and part of the plan going forward? Having an efficient plant we always knew was essential and made the money which supports everything else. So selling local, selling slabs and tiles generates the money to go bigger. The reduction now in staff from a fox point might not be a bad thing, the factory all keeps going, sales progressed and really helps them see what costs are needed to sustain. The stock of marble blocks obviously pretty good for the plant so good focus.

To make money big you need the risks? This is one of them , I might buy at these level up to £5k in order to average out a bit and then let it go, you mentioned more money needed, loan notes or shares? Not unusual to have a court case and settle for far less.

My AIM success has been varied, I'm currently in odx which are doing well, I bought contain which dropped heavily but this was after I made well, sold half and then divided out after the crash happened. I sold easyhotel at 95 p on share buyback which of course in this environment is great.

Word is Boris wants to take the slower, less aggressive approach to opening up. They’ll throw tests at everything, they’ll let people go about their daily life’s as quickly as they want to a good degree, test the hell out of everything and try and manage it through the nhs. Some of the places being highlighted where there not following social distancing etc won’t change. So they’ll open up, test massively, try and control the spread and keep within nhs capacity, I think we’ll struggle to not have second wave nor open up because some uk people simply won’t listen and don’t care. If Singapore can’t stop the spread with greater compliance we don’t stand a chance. People in the uk always think they know better until it hits them personally, I would pull all investments from USA, i honestly think if the virus can have the impact potentially described then by year end USA will be fighting economic reasons to keep going against a huge death toll and trump won’t know what to do

As said very few, very accurate POC tests available. In the uk people continue to party has though its gone away, reports to the police continue, will POC tests be good enough to validate immunity ?

This test is the same as Elisa test. It’s lab based, but the blood sample done at home, they are trying to give an impression that it’s home based but nothing like a POC.

The Elisa test is accurate, seems to be used in private doctors etc and same as the one quoted above

Really interesting the timescale around vaccine.
