RE: Cost of lab vs POC test??21 May 2020 21:40
Also think the Roche tests won’t be cheap. Everyone assumes the corporations do this for fun, they’ll want to make big money which then guns giving them away in less developed nations.
POC is the hardest to create but the most suitable and overall most rewarding in value.
They can make 400k a month of POC plus expansion, that’s 4.8 million a year at £10 each, 65% margin
Nearly £32 million. The Elisa is 46k a day, 16.6 million a year, no idea how much, more than POC with high margins also.
There is plenty of scope here to move the mcap, I wouldn’t worry about it, it’s creating the test which is hard and long.
Even £15 million on Elisa, £47 million for corona, £14 million others. Total around £60 million mcap 300 million min
