Gold update & news would be nice.

Observer looking in. Not bought in yet but debating.
Having done some quick research there seems to be news imminent on 2 fronts. Would long term holders be kind enough to give a bit more insight? Price seems ridiculously low with potential upside with news due anytime. Any reason for this? Is there good genuine people on the board with shareholders interests?

Released this morning on Director talk, (link doesn’t work) are details of today’s end of year results but more importantly a full in depth written interview into the progress of the developing products, where we are & where we are heading.
Interesting reading & very promising times ahead if it all comes to fruition.

It’s a slow burner but the future looks good & there moving in the right direction. Patience is needed when we’re all desperately looking in for progress. Just wish they’d update shareholders more on developments & release RNS’s as & when things happen. Not weeks later as they have done lately. Potential here is huge if the products they have appeal to the industries they are trying to attract. Still hugely under the radar at the moment but if we stick it out we could be onto a winner here. There working with BMW who are obviously huge & a major player. If they like what we have it’s a game changer. GLA

The board just don’t see it important to keep investors up to date on market sensitive news. Very unprofessional & disrespectful.
News broke of a JV with Infranomics in Australia for a battery plant on 1st July. This wasn’t released via an RNS by Amte until 16th July in a trading update. The date of article for the JV involving several firms for the taxis in Dundee is dated 26th August but although possibly a small contact it is still market news but again no RNS & still not one to date. The board need to wake up & get there act together & start informing investors of these projects.

As we’re about to enter Q4, going by the company website Q4 -2021 is reported to be the release to market period for 2 of the new ground breaking designs they have been working on. News flow & updates are few & far between from Amte but not seen anything that says there is a delay. There again not seen anything to say that they are on track. Hopefully an update & news soon so Amte can start making money.

Would of preferred to see an RNS on production to market a gigafactory update or if Carlsburg did RNS’s a contract with a major car maker for Amte batteries!!!

The demerger has to be the stumbling block here as what else is there not to like. I’ve asked before as never been invested in a company demerger before but someone here may have. How do they decide on the sp once it’s done? It obviously can’t stay the same price. Just seems to me it has to be the uncertainty that is holding us & investors back. Many miners like us have a time to production but there sp has moved on news. Once it’s done the brakes will possibly come off. Any thoughts?

Interesting theory but the sp goes back down as it has many times before once reaching the 24p mark. Big seller still around or share manipulation?

Good steady buying in the K’s. But the big seller may turn up again to knock us back.

Would of thought when full resources of what we have come to light & it’s just about the best quality lithium out there Piedmont will surely be looking to buy the lot. Why share with a competitor if IRR are willing to sell.
