I see your points also Manx71 but what has changed Assore’s stance? They are now saying they are willing to accept the 18.8p. Could it possibly be that they themselves are happy to go along with it for now but as time evolves are plotting another takeover offer. Like I said previously it odd that they offered 33p but could now snap it up for considerably less. At the moment there seems to be a lot more questions than answers that nobody can understand

It’s a bit of a silly game to accept a low figure then hoping to attract more bids to up the price. Would you put your house on the market ridiculously undervalued to start a bidding frenzy, of course you wouldn’t, you’d want market value & then hopefully you’d attract more bids over the odds. This is no different.

Also I’m pretty sure producing lithium companies are well aware of the current situation involving All without sending a letter to the press alerting them to the situation.

More bids & numbers could as we speak could be being negotiated we just don’t know. Hopefully there is for everyone’s sake but one thing for sure is that All’s board have proven themselves to be amateurs & embarrassing in the way this is panning out at the moment when 33p was offered by Assore twice. I’m also baffled as to why Assore have agreed to the sale at 18.8p. They desperately wanted it not so long back so they could snap it up probably well under there previous offer

Respect everyone on here. Some more than others but everyone is entitled to their opinion. We’re at a total stalemate now so the same things are getting repeated over & over again. We’re at the stage where 18.8p at the moment is the end game or another bid comes along in the meantime plus I suppose it all falls through which is the slimmest chance of the 3. That’s all there is to go on & post about. No media news flow is to be found as there won’t be any. I’m in for the end game as that’s my best option to make the most money. Not the money I’d hoped after all this time & am very disappointed it’s turned out this way as this was a fantastic opportunity & asset. A few people have a lot of questions to answer regarding that but unfortunately you’re not going to get that chance but I guarantee they’ll be smiling regarding this deal. We all know what that means. GLA

It’s all pie in the sky, wishful thinking, hope, desperation, whatever you want to call it. Nobody here has any idea if it all there will be or is another bid. Train your brain that you’re getting 18.8p at the end game. Anything above that will be an unexpected bonus

Shareholders have been well & truly stitched up all round by everyone involved. Aim is a playground for crooks, liars & underhand dealings. Different rules to ftse companies allow them to get away with a lot more. Been bitten on aim before but luckily will come away from here with a small profit. Another lesson learnt. Take profit when you can. The 60p range was hit a bit back when it was a long way from production. That price now was an absolute gift.

There has to be more to come to this. That 18.8p acceptance is a joke. Other suitors must be crunching figures now & readying a bid now that has happened today. Ghana themselves must be fancying to take it on

Going forward. The sp has to rise today surely. We’re at 15p now. If you’ve got spare cash you’re buying money with a guaranteed at least 18.8p in 6 months. It’s got to get to 18p pretty quick I would think & stay stagnant until other takeover news or the December end date

Firstly read the takeover. Get in finally some concrete good news. Read on & it’s only 18.8p, wtf!!!!

Absolute joke offer & they accepted it. 33p offer turned down & they accept 18.8p. After 4/5 years being invested. First buying in at 21p then averaging down when I could I’m at 18 point whatever pence. I’m more or less breaking even. Maybe make a couple of hundred £. At least I haven’t lost money unlike some that I feel for but we’ve been sold down the river by the board who’ve accumulated free shares along the way for doing f all basically & are happy to shaft shareholders for their own personal gain. That’s life in general nowadays. F.ck everyone else it’s all about me

Kind of contradicting yourself 5toamillion. Criticising the board & don’t believe in them to get things done for Atlantic but you’re not selling up because you believe & want a buyout. How is a buyout going to happen if the board don’t do a deal. The same people you don’t have belief in

Although a milestone achieved with ratification there’s still a major hurdle to get over. Depends on what the board put in small print with its agreement with Elevra. Were they clever enough to put timescales on them stumping up. If so we can move onto other options. If not we could be stuck with our backs to the wall with Elevra holding the cards & them waiting & deciding when or if they finally decide to join the party

Due to frustration I emailed Atlantic. Was surprised to get a reply this morning but here it is. As we thought Elevra are the problem. I’ve yet to reply but will do later & try to push a bit further

I have been a shareholder of Atlantic Lithium 4/5 years now as I believe it has a great future & potential. I am now concerned regarding the silence & lack of clarity from the company since the long awaited ratification news we were waiting for. From the reporting RNS of the ratification the words quoted from Keith -

To this end, shortly, we intend to provide further clarity on the outcomes of the work we completed through H2 2025 to enhance the viability of the Project through ongoing commodity price volatility. This work will help define the direction of the Project's development and inform the steps to be taken ahead of a Project Final Investment Decision.

It has now been a month since ratification news & shortly news hasn’t materialised leaving shareholders scratching heads & frustrated. I’m just a concerned shareholder waiting clarification & some sort of positive news.

We appreciate that there have been no updates to the market since the ratification of the Mining Lease, as you rightly pointed out.

Ratification serves as an important milestone in the Project’s development and, with it, triggers our partners to confirm their commitment to proceed. The Company’s proposed pathway to advance the Project has been submitted to the Project’s Technical Committee (comprised equally of representatives from Atlantic Lithium and Elevra) but remains under discussion. Progression on the proposed pathway is subject to unanimous approval by the Technical Committee. Once these discussions have concluded, we expect to be in a position to provide an update to shareholders.

We are aware, as Elevra has stated publicly, that Ewoyaa sits lower on its list of priorities, so we are assessing the options available to us to advance the Project.

We appreciate your patience as we work through these activities.

Wouldn’t say everyone is hoping for a takeover. Personally I don’t care. 40p, 50p or 60p is the same whatever scenario. If the sp hits them targets then each has there own decision to make.

What is annoying me is the lack of news after the major ratification hurdle. Everything you would have thought would be in place considering the time they’ve had to wait. Shortly they said!!!

I’m going to try take a week off from looking at the sp & popping in here. It’s doing my head in & can’t make rhyme or reason what’s going on!! Topped up as much as I could spare before rat feeling that was the main hurdle. Now we get this drop. Granted I hardly post but look in & read every post every day. Gla. Will look back in, in a week
