Puzzling thing is who is selling & why? If you’re invested & done your research you know what’s potentially coming. Can’t be just mm’s dragging this down & down

There won’t be talks about a higher bid. An offer is an offer & with 33p being a derisory opening bid ALL won’t be entertaining any negotiations at that price. If another offer does come in from Assore I don’t expect it to be double the 33p opening bid as I’d expect small increases to try get it as cheap as possible.

It wouldn’t surprise me if the Assore offer was instigated in house between ALL & themselves to try boost the sp & eke up other potential suitors.

Most realise & know what we have & £1 is the very minimum we should be considering.

I stand corrected. An off take agreement for the remaining resource should get a reaction but will it? Stopped trying to predict & expect now, just sat waiting for the inevitable.

If the granting of a mining licence by the government you’re mining in, resource updates guaranteeing millions of pounds can’t lift the sp there’s nothing else that can. The sp rose to 60p on momentum & little news so that tells you people buy on little to no research but on slight market movements & hope to catch a ride to sell & make profit.

None of us know or can say when but one day this will start to move then will just literally take off. It won’t see the 20’s ever again as investors realise the millions to come rolling in for years to come as production is imminent & don’t sell for quick profit. There’s no telling how high the sp can go.

Could be a factor AinsleyH but gold has been mined & distributed from Africa for many years. Piedmont don’t seem to have an issue with this & going by what Amanda says many suppliers are in the wings wanting a part of the action. It’s Jo public that seem to be stalling & having itchy feet. Time to production may also be a factor but that’s only a year or so away now. The bullet has to bite one day soon as the opportunity at this price is too good to miss.

Pitiful market response with that excellent major news. Currently up 0.6p, 2.27%. Can’t say it was already factored in as we’ve been as high as in the 60p bracket with major obstacles to overcome.

It would be nice but can’t see the Ghana government releasing the license just because it’s a national holiday. It will be when they are ready & on terms that suit them but yes hopefully soon.

Oh I agree. The 2 companies are on a different scale. Was just going by funding alone. There is currently only 1 factory in the uk making batteries at the moment. The Uk needs more, not just this Land Rover plant.

Amte is not just a car battery company though. It has other new energy products to bring to the market. The factory is planned to be built in Dundee.

They have been notoriously shocking since day 1 in updating shareholders of any kind of news.

Interesting that the government have just announced that they are helping Land Rover Jaguar in building a £4bn gigafactory in Somerset. Talks had been going on for 9 months apparently but Amte had a big issue with the government not helping hence they were thinking of moving to America. Can’t see the government helping one & not the other but Amte must be struggling to find other backers as the government will not stump up all the money for their own gigafactory. Still in the balance is the future of Amte Power.
