& it’s been a long time coming but people & the market are finally starting to see this as the fantastic prospect it has been for a long time. The sp is only acting to where it should be imo & still has a way to go so talk of an imminent RNS & takeover seem wide of the mark. I also believe that Piedmont will want all of what we have because they desperately need it for Tasla but how they play it I’m not sure. I agree with swest though that a takeover is premature due to the fact that there is way too much drilling & unknown resource figures to put a takeover price it. All only my look on things & maybe wrong but just happy to see ALL’s true value. Gla

Cheers Teddy. As you say it surely has to start with a £1 figure. Not seen that before but if 34p per share was offered by the Chinese I bet Vincent fell off his chair laughing.
As said earlier. Without final resource numbers ALL or a buyer would be gambling on a figure to buy or sell & we’re talking billions not millions.

Confusion on my part as in takeover talk or the other 50%? Takeover we are talking billion figures & with unknown resource figures hard to put a price on it.
The other 50% not as much as we’d be selling the lithium 50% to Piedmont & 50% to a potential Chinese company.

20p not looking good!!!
Good day today. 70k sale went through at 28p but obviously got swallowed up. Ticked up to 30p on the ask near the end. Possibly some sales will be triggered at 30p but if break through it we’re into new ground. The sp, bid & ask was tight this afternoon so are the mm’s looking for shares?? Fingers crossed for another good day tomorrow & break that 30p barrier. Gla

Transition to Volume Production

The development of our Ultra Energy cell (automotive and energy storage) and our Ultra High Power cell (automotive and aerospace), are moving towards UN38.3 certification, expected in December 2021 for the Ultra Energy cell and by March 2022 for the Ultra High Power cell. Both cells have been transferred to the UK Battery Industrialisation Centre ("UKBIC") to scale up production to speeds representative of a Gigafactory, which will demonstrate that the cell designs are capable of mass manufacture. Once certified, and being manufactured at high production rates, these cells will be available for release to potential customers which in some cases will be for extensive trials through inclusion in product development programmes.



The Ultra Storage cell is being designed for manufacture in Australia through our joint venture company, Bardan Cells Ltd, with UN38.3 certification expected by June 2022, and will be available for release to potential customers thereafter.

Client Engagement

We believe we are well placed to transition to volume production with over 79 active engagements in total, the majority of which are for supply of the Ultra Energy and Ultra High Power cells. Target customers include BMW, Arrival, a number of other leading brands in performance and commercial vehicles, energy storage operators and the UK's largest integrator of electric power trains. The negotiation of commercial offtake agreements will take place throughout 2022 with target customers who have acquired our battery cells for testing or who have made one-off orders for batches of cells.

Going by this certification for the Ultra Energy Cell could come any day.
Also as released the company is working with BMW & BP towards faster charging solutions & also looking at BMW vehicle dimensions to accommodate Amte cells.
The company seems to be going in the right direction & rubbing shoulders with big players. Fingers crossed If things go to plan 2022 could be a big year.

The whole market is down first thing today so wouldn’t read too much into the dip at the moment.

Not getting carried away here because we’ve seen the sp re-trace many times but at the moment we’re on an upward trend & when people outside see this they tend to jump on without any sentiment of a share. Seen it many times but we all know we’re undervalued with outstanding prospect anyway so they & we are on a winner regardless. Fingers crossed the tide & value is starting to show.

This RNS is possibly the best yet as people can actually see revenue figures written down but again minimal effect on the sp. Definitely nowhere near where it should be. I’m in at around the 21p mark & watched it hit 24p time & time again only to retrace & never sold taking small profit to rebuy on the dips. To be honest I daren’t be out because I know if I did it’s bound to take off, hence my user name. You get people, we know who they are saying they’ve sold & re bought every time & mock people for it. Very sad to do so in my opinion but eventually playing that game you are going to get caught out here. Will they say they were out at the time, will the eck!! I keep repeating it but this can’t & won’t stay this price forever. I have money stuck & down in another share at the moment which I’m sure long term it will come good but honestly wish it was in here as this is a rocket ready & waiting to launch.
