Happy with that. Never have we slated the fundamentals of the company it was the fact that we have been kept out of the loop in company news that was maddening. Hopefully this is a new start now & the sp can recover as the market gets news to report on & so the investor scope gains interest & expands. Hopefully they have finally realised this.
The only downside is revenue downside for the next 2 years but this is to be expected as the company expand facilities.

It beggars belief how they go about things. It’s market sensitive news so release it through an RNS so investors can take note & see. Are they expecting the market to all be looking at the Amte website?? How it’s supposed to work is that news is released via an RNS then you put it on your website. Not the other way round!!!
Results out tomorrow so would expect this & much more to be included in that.

Repeating myself again but common sense tells you an ever decreasing share price is due to there inept attitude & responsibility to shareholders which continually they fail to address with updates. Don’t understand why you need a company to do this for you when many others simply manage to put out operational RNS’s. I’m expecting a very informative update on Thursday with half year results. Anything less when bringing on board these people would be beyond belief. I have given them grace up to until the 10th going by jungles posts & hoping from then on it will be a turning point with a PR team on board. They must realise & feel duty bound a responsibility to address this share price to appease shareholders & attract investors.

Becoming more obvious now that a ridiculously long awaited update will arrive along with the half year results on Thursday 10th March. It should be a long & very informative one because we’ve had nothing for far too long in what is supposed to be a very busy time.

Maybe wrong but beginning to think that we won’t get an update until the half year results are released Thursday 10th March. 2 weeks on Thursday.
Going by what jungle told us. The company are aware that communication needs to improve & says it takes time for the new communication advisors to put out a detailed, correct & more important understandable RNS as to where the company are & are going. Just my hunch but would obviously like one earlier.

Jungle101. Thank you very much for your posts. You have given us more insight into the company currently & the future than company has given out itself. As you agree & have highlighted to the company and they agree communication to shareholders & the market has been very poor which they are looking to address. The share price has tumbled because of this but as they are obviously knowledgeable & clever people it isn’t rocket science to realise this & should of addressed it earlier.
As you have been a shareholder & involved very early since 2014 you obviously have good contact with the board & privy to an email address that we have not. From your insight & information you have provided you have put my mind at ease some what.
Once again I thank you for your contribution & hope you can be an ongoing contributor to this board as we are very much on the outside with next to no information. Hopefully that will be addressed & eradicated very soon.
Amte have the credentials as you state to be a huge company that’s why we invested. We just want to be informed.

Finally an RNS but nothing of updates or progression in it & on the back of it as it has been for a while the sp drops because of it. Communication advisors brought on board 2 weeks ago to put an RNS out telling us the date of the half year results!!
There is going to have to be a progress report on the 7th March if not before when the half year results are released because if not this share will drop like a lead balloon & not a stone like it is now because the financial results aren’t going to be encouraging. Pivotal time now for the company to deliver with the release of cells to the market & orders. We will still have to annoyingly wait for the elusive progress report while the sp possibly dips as again they failed to inform the market & shareholders.
I’m sure somebody must read & take on board the emails sent as we can’t be the only ones Egon that have sent one & I’m pretty sure some members of the board will read this bulletin board. Wish to good one of them would take note. I’m not against the fundamentals of the company because that’s obviously why I became a shareholder. I’m just unbelievably frustrated at the lack of news flow, reports & the deafness of media coverage. It’s gone concernedly quite.

Forgot to add that I too sent an email to the company help address on the website but as expected no answer came back. Nobody is contactable or available to air our issues. Got thinking that there’s probably a confidentiality process with BP & BMW but there’s nothing stopping the company stating that things are ongoing. Definitely no stopping them updating Amte cell progress & other things. I check in every morning hoping today is an RNS day. Surely there’s one of some substance on the horizon!!

It’s pathetic basically. No reason or excuse at all for the lack of communication & yes the sp has suffered because of it down to the board alone. As I’ve said before investors of the IPO at 171p must be furious. Wondering when the next AGM is because a lot of questions need answering.

They don’t seem to have anything Egon. Only just thought to get on board communication advisors a couple of weeks ago. After that happened I was expecting an update pretty soon or maybe some news flow. Still nothing!! Surely they must be preparing something otherwise what was the point in taking them on board. It’s totally baffling why & how they’ve been so quite on all fronts when we’re told many things are happening & 2022 is going to be a very busy year for Amte Power. It was said by someone & it’s true. They are still acting like a private company & not a listed company. Unbelievably unprofessional & disrespectful to shareholders.

Couldn’t agree more Egon. It once seemed the case & I said it myself “Britishvolt need Amte more than Amte need Britishvolt” if only that were true now!!! Like you say there on the ball big time & doing all the right things media wise. Why can’t & doesn’t the Amte board see this?? Marketing & PR is everything to establish a company. We are getting & seeing absolutely nothing.

Have sent a couple before Egon & one quite recently to an address from the company website. Couldn’t find a direct address to Kevin. Just raised the point of the lack of news & responsibility to shareholders to keep us updated. As you can guess didn’t get a reply but will send one again to add to your idea.

I’m with you mate & sticking it out too. Been averaging down myself on the way down thinking that has to be the bottom but it still drops more. As I’ve said I’m 100% behind what they are trying to do & believe in them but it’s unbelievably frustrating watching it drop day after day with no positive news updates when there’s so much meant to be happening.

Possibly correct Radius & hope you are but with only 35m shares in issue it probably doesn’t take much for the sp to move. A lot of them shares will be tied up so not an endless amount out there. The fundamentals & prospects of the company are brilliant. It’s the lack of activity & pr that let’s it down. You used to see the odd interview by Kevin Brundish on Proactive or articles released by the company promoting what they are doing but haven’t seen anything in a while. Investors hang on these things & keeps them interested. Nothings coming out so people panic & lose interest. A lot of things we were told were happening well before Christmas. Grants for trials to make EV charging quicker with top companies, BP & BMW. Also looking at BMW’s battery designs to possibly accommodate them. JV in Australia to build a warehouse out there. These are ongoing things amongst others that are happening but the company doesn’t seem to think it’s important to keep the market & investors updated on these matters & so the sp suffers. You don’t have to be clever to realise this but the company doesn’t seem bothered.

So the dip continues day after day with no news to keep shareholders hanging in there or to attract new investors. Shareholders have lost patience & are selling out at a loss on the inactivity. I would of thought the main backers & IPO investors are also very unhappy & are onto the company asking questions as to what is going on. The recent IPO buy in was 171p!!
I 100% believe in what they are working on & trying to do but nothing comes out from the board to even try to appease holders & prevent the slide continuing. Communication advisors were apparently brought on board last week. There’s either a hell of a lot to communicate & there still working on it or they’ve gone on holiday!!! A very busy 2022 we were told. Really!! How about some news then. 9th Feb & nothing so far. I was patient with this last year but it’s warring very thin now. Grrrrrrrrr

I feel your pain mick as many others reflecting on the sp. Although we had an RNS on Monday there was no update of any substance. The board have always been & continue to be very poor with there public relations & keeping shareholders updated. No interviews appearing either to promote what they are doing.
Message to company. Employ someone in public relations & marketing!!
