Malto, correct and its pretty hard for NNN to go bust because the instalments keep the lights on even if no sales or income for 2 years. Any upwards movement in the share price and the investor can sell taking a profits.

We don't know what the instalments will be if the SP hits say 0.35 but to me it looks like p*ss poor financing.

Castle it does not mean that at all. the 2.9M is spread over 24 months and these instalments will go up or down depending on the weighted average of the share price very month.

If the SP falls the monthly instalment falls but I/we don't know by how much like wise if the share price rises.

This is not a good way to raise money and is pretty much a no lose deal for the investor.

I'm sure Volz are very busy they have a sizable business making filters as for NNN at Biocity which is a serviced lab facility the only people likely to work there that we know of is Caveboy and a quality control manager, so probably not that busy.

15 months later of which Duffers has been in charge for 12 still no product let alone large scale production. Not several months then so maybe they meant several years.

When will the JV or Volz start marketing to property services managers, facility managers or whoever decides what filters go in their buildings? No marketing no chance of sales.

Even if Volz do some marketing no property manager will spec NNN filters unless there is an instruction from above because most would not be authorised to change spec of a health and safety product.

Volz have had about 18 months to get these filters sorted and still no sign of anything on Volz website just a JV they haven't invested in with a phone number that doesn't work

I think the filters will go the way on the masks and the dodo.

Rong53, what is foolish about taking a pile of cash out of something going down? you can then invest/speculate same funds in something going up. If an NNN RNS come in a week or three they might be able to buy back in at a lower price. If no RNS comes for 3-4 months they will have done well to take losses now.

Generated no new patents or trademarks.
