Josepi, I only commented this time because of Trisor's post claiming this is chapter 1 and all will be good ignoring the fact these guys have been in situ for over a year now and have burnt millions of shareholder funds and have more ideas than you can shake a stick at none of which seem to be going anywhere.

I'm here because I am interested in the stock, the company and it's outcome which was so right time right place not so long a go, I want P2F to do well but don't want to read made up stories or regurgitated old news. I also trade NNN from time to time when circumstances make that viable so check most days days for an RNS or share price moment.

What you should be asking is why does Trisor keep posting the same nonsense he's been posting since the share was 1.2p.

Ditto Castle13 except in his case he has been posting the same nonsense since the share price was even higher.

Trisor I recouped my losses on the bigger boat debacle a long long time a go by trading the spikes. Traded some some well others average, missed the odd one but overall made good thanks.

I wont invest in NNN because I have experience in small cap tech firms and know how hard it is to turn tech in cash. Ask Caveboy he's been trying for 5 years to no avail as the result at NNN show. I also understand the smoke and mirrors BODs can play with RNSs to get a share holder confidence. I also fully understand the funding with Lanstead whereas you clearly do not.

By all means sit on your investment if you so wish but you need to stop promoting a stock you clearly do not understand.

ExMS Yep 20% of NNN with first of 24 instalments circa £80K at this rate the SP is decline next one with be circa £70K. The danager is while the SP is in decline and assuming Lanstead don't want to lose money on each payment expect them to sell circa 22M shares every time they cough up thereby fuelling further SP decline.

DYOR but IMO until substantial news this is all NNN shareholders and traders can expect.

Trisor its hard to believe you still don't understand the subscription and Sharing Agreement. One really shouldn't be investing in a company if you don't understand their funding arrangements.

Share his 0.38 today albeit only a tiny trade but IMO it will being trading in the 0.3s soon. There may be the odd spike along the way but this is now in decline mode for a few months.

Trisor you'll turn into micho who never addresses the points because he has no meaningful points of his own to support the current market value or future revenue streams. Go and hide in a cupboard with your new friend.

Long term holders should sell up and if they love NNN so much buy back when cheaper or alt buy something with real sales and growth potential.

Its not meant to hurt anyone its just a different view of the RNSs to your Trisors, yours opinion appears to be based on wishful thinking and not much else as there remains after 2 years of following this donkey no sales, products ready to go to market or indeed any agreements in place which will get NNN to this stage.

As for vision and strategy. NNN claims to be trying so many things it is a scatter gun approach or just throwing S**t at the wall hoping something stick strategy.

Likewise understand after one year with Duffers in charge NNN have declared one new partner, pretty sad especially when this just generates more costs for NNN without any revenue coming back and we don't even know he name of the said partner..... they need confidentiality in a sector where Nano technology has been used for 2 decades is in IMO total BS.

Maiditup308, you do talk nonsense. Small correction to my previous post

Please look at the spike caused by the BS JV RNS on 10th Dec, the peak price was 1.23p, then 2 month later share price was 0.65, a fall of 58%.

Now take current peak after recent no news BS RNS and SP got up to a peak 0.7p on the 15th of July, it is following the same trajectory so by 15th Sept 58% off peak is 0.37p. Without news of substantial revenue or contract win with significant contractually binding revenue NNN will be 0.37 or lower end of next week.

Sell now and if you have so much faith in NNN, next week you can buy back the same shares at a discount taking some cash off the table, or spend the same to get some free NNN shares.

Triso, when will the penny drop with you????

NNN's £3M for teh 535M share is under the control of Lanstead to be paid to NNN under the Sharing Agreement over 24 instalments at 25% discount of the 20 day average share price at the time of each instalment.

Lanstead have no risk and make money if the share price goes up or down for what will be for them 2 joyous and profitable years.

IMO there will be a lot of shares being sold to limit Lanstead's exposure thereby supressing the SP for LTHs.
