The benchmark is irrelevant it is actually an example, if the 20 day average SP is 0.73 Lanstead pay 0.55.

However the next 20 day average SP is likely to be 0.34 so Lanstead pay will 0.26.

So Lanstead can sell on any ups or even on the way day and make money the risk to Lanstead is only crystallised if they let the share price fall by 25% from what they paid on any instalment. Quite hard to lose money on that basis. Genius.

NNN clearly have nothing to report with the possible exception Volz may one day place an order with the JV but this is so priced in it really doesn't matter.

Trisor, at last you seem to get it, yes the Lanstead agreement is set to return circa 50K next instalment and with overheads of circa 300K a month the remaining TB cash is going to be zero some time soon.

And with no news the share price falls and the Lanstead agreement generates even less cash and NNN have less money for R&D so no news so the share price falls some more generate less cash and so on.....

You might be happy to wait 2 years for NNN to turn a corner but with the Lanstead agreement in place it doesn't look like NNN will still be with us in 2 years time.

CP13, what do you expect a statement based on the reality. He could just as easily say

After 18 month still no contract to buy from Volz the " The REACH UK registration will allow our partner Volz to apply antiviral technology to all their products" and we continue to hope we get an order sometime soon.

We are doing R&D for an unnamed Wellness company who aren't paying for said R&D and there is no agreement about what happens after R&D just good intentions to work together.

The Lanstead agreement is unlikely to generate the investment envisaged in fact at this share price we'' be lucky to get 40K a month.

There is and remains no agreements in place which may generate revenue for NNN.

There appears to be no write off for the masks unless it just 25K. If its only 25K how the f*** could anyone believe they were even trying to be the mask business or is it the write off will be declared at year end? Probably the latter.

Apart from "non-recurring charges as a result of action taken to reduce overhead" which can only be redundancies or getting consultants in, neither of which use much on the £1.8M burnt it would appear the monthly overheads were £300K.

ExMS agreed but if NNN cant justify £2M burn in 6 months and mask write off if too high this will tank without some positive news.

Cash4Q and Poor, personally id of thought if Volz were anywhere near going into production they'd have this pathogen killing USP all over their website, that they don't remains a cause for concern but NNN needs some kind of solid good news to offset any additional bad news in the interims.

Unusual or not this BODs have 2 potential reasons to announce something positive tomorrow.

1. If they don't have a justifiable reason how or why they burnt at least half of the £2M cash in the 6 months to June 30th means overheads really are 333K a month. I cant see how they can be but if they are the Sharing Agreement wont save NNN.

2. If NNN are writing off £200K in masks then that's okay but if the value is in the 7 figure range this is level of incompetence is not priced in and if a huge write off delaying this decision to June this year after months and months of no sales is IMO really bad business practice. I hope I'm wrong but I think the write off will be huge.

If either let alone both transpire to be bad news NNN need to update with something positive stop SP falling significantly which will further decrease the value of the Sharing Agreement.

EdDantes, NNN may have produced a list of 7 sectors with 40 plus products ideas but don't forget it has taken 18 months since Volz did proof of concept on HVAC filters and a JV which will soon be a year old to get this far. So these other 7 sectors are 18 month away at least and will need partners and contracts to get to a starting point so IMO are years away, not much more than a twinkle on Caveman's eye. On the basis NNN need to offset interims if they have any real progress on HVAC, JV and Volz then tomorrow is the day to report it or lose the last ounce of creditability the BODs have left.

Well expect to hear an update on JV Volz tomorrow as the BODs will need to post something positive to offset the interims which are expected to be a car crash.

Hopefully this JV Volz news wont be usual NNN waffle but will include dates, contract value etc

This will bring in circa 70K so despite giving away 20% stake in NNN the BODs have a deal Subscription and Sharing Agreement which doesn't even cover monthly overheads.

Trisor, if you never sell at a loss then at least you end up be able to use your share certificates as loo paper.

ExMS agree and at NNN's end of AIM most companies talk the talk but never produce anything, its all smoke and mirrors. The gullible buy the BS time and time again allowing these companies to roll on forever.

Trouser, rest assured NNN will get to 0.23.

Trouser, I said it would be 0.37 today and if you had followed my advice and sold when it was 0.45 you'd now have the option of buying the same shares and having money the back or getting some free ones. Personally I would not buy back in at this price id wait until 0.23 or put the money in a decent company with growth potential.

You on the hand think its better to back this nano donkey in a horse race which it's not even entered and for 2 - 3 years.
