Sharebel, Volz are in for £24.50 so they aren't risking the company are they. The nano tech is proven to work for 7 hours. It has not been proven to work long enough to be viable for airfilters which I assume get changed every 3-6 months certainly not every 7 hours. Until we have an RNS stating its tested and proven to work for a suitable time frame for filters this is dead as a dodo.

Callit they will need to get them tested for more than 7 hours, tested and proven to kill Covid for weeks or ideally months is a significant milestone which should be reported by RNS. Otherwise it is a pipe dream.

Morwenatrelawne, its not down 20% in a few weeks the high on Monday was 1.05 and its now 20% down in 4 days. If anyone was waiting for a time to buy in it will be in 5-10 days because at this rate it will be back to 0.58 by then.

Sharebel NNN and Volz JV agreement only signed in Dec, this is a start up with no products, just PoC, incompetent management, chicken feed for capital and so far just a loan agreement for 50K for working capital.

nofook, NNN will be at 0.6 long before MATD is at 2.20. In fact if you look at a 5 day graph NNN will be there by this time next week, unless of course the mythical news comes.

Castlepaul, Dr Cave and Volz might be busy on filters now but have they been previously? the key dates post PoC are

10th of Dec JV signed so Volz are contractually in a position to start product dev. Nothing in the RNS says they have been working in the back ground prior to agreement and one would not expect such a scenario.

22nd of Dec Dr Cave finally signed his CSO agreement which moved him from 1.5 days a week to 3.5 days week working for the company. Prior to this date Dr cave wouldn't have had much time for R&D on filters even if Volz were willing allocate resource without an agreement in place.

What do these two dates mean, IMO it means the RNS announcing PoC stated it would take several months to develop filters starts now. We are several months away from a product launch.

In the meantime the SP will decline pending as stated in the RNS "progress of the JV will be made as and when significant milestones are achieved".

Bouchos here is no reason to believe NNN have anything to report or they would simply report it.

Still nothing on Volz's site about new covid killing filter plan, not even selling P2F masks and they made 1M masks but no one has sold any of them, why not Volz?
