Cuvio as discussed the first of my Ref Flags are marketing as follows.
Social media likes and followers whilst increasing (possibly just shareholders) remain insignificant and irrelevant. Judging by the content, lack of followers and likes this is run by people who have no idea how to make social work or there’s simply no interest, possibly both. Either way a cause for concern.
The “social media ramp up” was delayed until various staff were recruited instead of appointing an agency who could start immediately, do this day in day out and have to prove a ROI to clients. Not using an agency is a poor decision from cost, timing, experience, accountability perspective. The “social media ramp up” could and should have started 3 months earlier so the lack of urgency is another cause for concern.
National campaign using pay per click, press, billboards, TV and radio should have been tested because the company had a great product ready to go and clearly the funds.
Day one of Duffin’s appointment should have identified advertising as top priority with tests for all five mediums put in place to establish potential and ROI. Then based on what worked best fully deployed in Oct or certainly Nov when restriction came back in.
A reseller has placed one or maybe two adverts in the national press which is too little too late and have now appear to have ceased.
The failure to expedite effective social media and the complete lack of advertising for Pro Larva masks is a HUGE RED FLAG on many levels but especially the CEOs basic business acumen and judging by the success of the social media ramp up, the competency of his team,
