No surprise at this price.........Chooooo Choooo
Easily one of the best punt stocks out there at present. Absolutely no justification on the 5p share price. Tom Winifrith decimated this share price from 15p to 8p pre-placing. This will tick up as the £8m market cap is a very obvious joke brought about by Tom Winifrith........Yep well done Tom you nailed this one didn’t you....NOT...! Choooo Choooo
Share price 4.25p and bid it at 8p then negotiated up to 12p to conclude........An absolute certainty.
Oke is correct the or value on the share is 4p - no shares can be placed below par value. The best hope for the share price is n exit from both units. EBITDA for H&N at 9 x £2m = £18m and CD4 out at £5m for investment so far.
Enterprise Value is £24m roughly 3 x 4p current - therefore the exit value in share price is 12p. If a company isn’t working on growing, it gets divested. So my guess next 3 months will see a few tyre kickers in the door as the cash burn continues and then transactions done. 12p is best case - could be low balled at 9p.......So from a private investor perspective it is take that or go bust.
2 business streams left CD4 and H&N. Even a low ball offer of £15m for the two would require a bid at 8p....This is the reality facing the shareholders now. It also needs a bit of luck to get this over the line.....namely the private investors accepting it is take the offer or game over. Thankfully most would take the money and run.......Time to take the medicine I am afraid......Chooo Choooo
Shouty shareholders have well and truly shot themselves in the foot now. They really have given the BOD the excuse to royally do them now. Ask your selves this - if the placing was too cheap and too dilutive, why are we at 4.75p this morning then....? Probably worth a punt at 4.5p.... in my view
OK - so dads army has stuffed the raise....welcome there guys. What’s the plan from the action group now......? A classic case of ...’We’ll show them...’ and then what happens. The BOD over the next few days will obliterate this stock with a tale of cash restraining issues...! This share will tank...!
I am on a train.....next stop ‘loads of
Money...’ and this train is terminating at a station called ..’bid for at 35p...!’.....Choooo Choooo
Patience is a virtue guys......relax and watch this rise.
Nah......this is just the darkest before dawn scenario. End of month will see 10p.....after the downers all talked it down themselves. I like the potential here now.....
So obvious this will go through - the BOD will have made plans for the missing £2m open offer. Nice to have the capital to execute the recovery going forward. This is a no brainier at this level.....ignore the guys that bought in at 40p....they got it wrong that’s all......Choooo Choooo
Doom sayers out the way......now’s the time to buy........!
CD4
So the vengeful squad have failed as stated in their attempt to coral the burnt PIs. Well done guys...as expected. Don’t sell if you don’t nee to and wait for the recovery, the runway will be clear for take off as at 3.30pm on Monday.....just relax and get onboard. BODs do not fail, especially when the CFO has finally got to grips with this shocker.....please stand for Chris - CFO, he is actually turning this around.
I agree - following the successful raise, a recovery could happen quite swiftly. The plan sets down a path to growth and profit. The raising puts all the negativity behind us. Some folks just need to get on that train now and stop the nonsense....Choooo Choooo....
Rising gets voted for and open offer has failed, but in reserve the undrawn overdraft facility. I don’t think the BOD ever thought the open offer would work, hence the £2m open offer matching the as yet undrawn £2m OD facility......
I suggest some of the histerical action group et all do a bit of listening on the 24 Feb. I can absolutely guarantee the BoD will know more about the strategy than any guess work done and posted by some on this board. And I doubt very much the BoD are running scared as they put it ‘....the consequences should the resolution fail....’ They are keeping their powder dry for whatever outcome happens in the vote. Let’s see what all the big mouths on here think about that when it it spelt out in black and white and delivered in a mono-tone. GROW UP AND VOTE YES......The OSAG is a ‘Dads army outfit.......’ who do you think you are kidding the Mr.....la la la la......
The par value of a single share is 4p, hence the raise at 5p. They would need a vote to remove pre-exemption rights to allow more share to be issued below the par value of 4p. I think the 5p is the floor. Also ‘we the shareholders control the company...wrong the Directors can control it as it then that can state going concern or not....! Then we really are in rescue territory. I do not agree that no raise happens then the share price will rise.....that looks very risky to me to say the least. It s the old ‘what are you going to do after the raise gets a NO...? The board will be replaced or the company sold for a song or pre-pack.....’ just vote yes to the raise and move on......Choooo Choooooo
You don’t know. The placing sets the start of the new dawn for a focus food nutrition business. I’d rather have a BoD that I am clear on than an administrator to finish me off.....!
Stop suggesting it is likely not to go through, that is huge assumption with no foundation. I cannot believe you don’t get it, if the placing fails (which it won’t) - the BoD will be our of a job, because it will be a bid target and the that would be that.....! For all of us shareholders....
