It is the other details in the article which are relevant not just the Headline Trying to pap a Higher interest rate out the door. Ask yourself why CInE cannot get the lending in the UK......? But from some NY outfit. Second indirectly the FT are having a poke at MooKy - not the company! Third - it is an American business by revenue - so the holding co Cineworld could easily bounce the US trading subsidiaries in to Chap 11. I don’t think this company will fail and have no issue with Mooky’s bonus either. It is the fact he operates in a different model - that FT take exception to........Yiu can all thank me later - Oh yeah- UP

I am not a fan of FT but:
1. They state CInE close to filing for Chap 11 - Busted!
2. Extra loans came a price evidently - how can lawyers miss a new interest rate on billions of debt. That was /is the two cost of the bail out loan
3. A London listed company using New York law for loans......that all sounds a bit Trump to me.
4. The company certainly uses rather odd arrangements for financing.........!

To prove that the reason CINE is on its arse and was nearly wiped out by the shorters and share this on the board. I know it was shorted to hell as I know someone who was involved. If that story was played out over social channels - I think the crazy basque would react to that.......NOFEAR you seem to be tech enough to get that data....?

Many many fund managers shorted the CINE stock to the 20ps, is it not a reality if not a certain fact the crazy gang aka R/reddit, would spoil the very individuals who try and pick off good companies after there pals have decimated the sp. There is a real chance the ‘mob...’ mentality will get their grips around CINE if only to spoil the opportunity for Jangho to pick it off. All it needs is an us vs. them attitude and this will rocket......!

Just get the feeling something has to give here: takeover, short squeeze, opening date released or MooKy selling / combining his stake with Jangho to take it private........! I like the last one - more sense to it - as both are not billionaires - but close enough to leverage their respective vehicles to launch a bid. Also so the take over was on equals terms MooKy: Jangho, Jangho need another 5% or so avoid an issue down the line.....All like a game of chess.

Jangho have built a stake without moving the price up to much. This then leaves the door open for MooKy to profit from speculation on a takeover or receive a chunk bonus for the s hitting the Bonus trigger point. MooKy cannot be seen to ramp the price for bonus purposes. Also Jangho owning a chunk at sub c. 65p Means the premium to be paid to take it over is lower. The last thing Jangho need is an artificial buying frenzy. So I think an offer could be brought forward on the prospects of Covid finishing.
