No placing today or next week, I have stated before a CFO would be signing his own P45 if they raised finance at this level. Look at Mr. Lea’s previous turnarounds......he is nobody’s fool, especially in this phase of a turnaround. He would be accused of giving the company away if he put a placing out for 5p.........The ship will steady and updates will come through. Most people don’t worry about the short term as it means nothing....look longer term and see the value here......Just sit back and relax.

People need to get real, there is a business underneath all the Covid nonsense, the CK departure and the Disclosure of funding dialogue. The shareholder profile in this company is nearly pure retail private investor. This share price is suffering from misguided retail vitriol. For the few that can spot the changing of the guard at ODX, will profit on this current share price level, when it moves up. I am not ramping, I don’t need too as a blind man could see nothing has changed on the fundamentals in the business units. What a buy in opportunity.............let’s see where it is sitting in 3 months time. Clickety Click.....

This histeria over a placing that isn’t coming, beggars belief. The business is worth a multiple of the £1 it is capped at currently. This CFO is no clown and he will turn this around. He will not have his pants pulled down in order to raise capital that he has stated is not needed.....Just relax and wait.

This share price and market cap generated is clearly absolute tosh.....There is no way the business units wouldn’t have an aggregate enterprise value of at least £40m.....Just wait and this will slowly climb back to 24p in the short term. No crazy jumps, just steady steps in share price recovery....Not difficult, but I do feel for those who came in at 40p....this sp is painful to say the least for that group.

An assumption that if a company wants to raise cash because it keeps it afloat is misleading. A new ambitious plan will need to be paid for, so what’s the harm in testing the capital markets with discussions. This so drop because a raise is coming is rubbish, this will climb back to a more reflective market cap, and then look how best to fund it. I think the current sp is an excellent buy in level.....no brainer for me. Sit back relax and watch it grow......Happy Days. I think there will be few that will kick themselves for not loading up at the 10p level...!

The CFO will have written the RNS, thr only one left on the board who has experience in doing them. He is a money man so no emotion, no dramas, no overcooking the news. EXACTLY THE RIGHT WAY TO DELIVER NEWS - in the new ODX........!

A CFO would be signing his own P45 if the above 5m at 5p was correct. Stick to the facts.....growth capital is always available from not just placings..... This will move up as it has done over the last couple of days because the market cap is fundamentally too low for the sector ODX operates in. They are not selling coke and crisps.......Most posters in this forum are wired to the moon.........zzzzzzzz.

Fact: He has turned around the last two business car crashes and exited with a good result for shareholders. This is the same, remove the directors who are not delivering: CK, then instigate a growth plan and here’s the punch ...MAKE SURE HE HAS THE FUNDS TO EXECUTE THE PLAN.....So it does not surprise me he has had conversations on potential placing and or investors. That’s his job to ensure the funding is place to execute a new plan for growth. He is managing the Covid **** Up as best he can. He inherited that toxic deal......Again look in to his past success - he is the guy that will turn this around.....Mark my words and yes I own a chunk of shares in ODX and have done in his last turnarounds...
