The BOD will keep everything locked down until something is nailed on (as would all of us following that shocker- which obliterated the share price). The H&N unit is easily worth 12-15 times EBITDA. This equates to £30m, so offloading all the rubbish would I believe raise the share price to c.15p minimum. The god thing here is when it does go forward - THERE WILL BE NO DRAMAS AS IT WILL BE OPERATING IN THE CORE BUSINESS.......Chooooo Chooooo

A new strategic plan for the way forward will be worked on by the BOD. They will share this when they know they can deliver on it. Patience is required and folks need to look forward and not backwards, regardless of how they see things done in the past. I propose that Mr. Lea is working his skills in the background, in reality he is running the show in all but title.He will take the business in to the next phase of recovery and growth. Let’s not pre-empt the plan and slate it before it is even is presented. I think this is a genuine bargain of a share at 4.3p, and I continue to buy at this level.....Choooo Chooooo.

The only option for ODX is to be bought out.....sooner rather than later. This is based on the meagre 4.5p to buy a share. Absolute bargain for some I suspect.......Defo something brewing in the background.

Fred.....The BOD are not allowed to buy if there are discussions happening about a CD4 sales because that is deemed a corporate event. If they wanted to buy a one share or ten million shares they cannot buy. So the fact they are not buying at this level and they would have participated in the raise tells me a lot. So I am confident that something is being worked through in the background on CD4 sale or a full offer for the group. After all Chris Lea is a transaction man - check his history.....

TraderBuck......Your commentary is stuck in a big rut. Try and be constructive or at least not repeat the vitriol about the BOD. I have says repeatedly the CFO has experience in turning things around. The failed placing has just delayed that. I am pretty sure if not bolted on to the fact Chris Lea will prevail and bring the Business back on track. Give the guy time to get it right...after all he has already saved you a shareholder a fortune in exiting the Covid screw up. As no BOD will allow a leak like the raising one from TW ever occur again. ODX will be silent on all aspects of the corporate review underway. That the BOD cannot buy as something re: Corporate action is going on in the background:

1. The BOD would have bought at the placing - pretty much a given
2. Placing voted down and other strategic options in play - now the BOD are prevented from buying.

The BOD know the numbers for the current year re: H&N and still cannot buy at a mere 4p / 5p....!

Well that RNS is solid I feel. But a few points to ponder:
1. To realise the full potential in H&N in the identified regions will need growth cash - HENCE THE PLACING
2. The Action Group shot down the cash for growth option......MISPLACED HATE.
3. It is very obvious that the H&N and CD4 carry value and growth potential in the update......WOULD PIs ACCEPT A RAISE AT 10p GIVEN THE GROWTH POTENTIAL AHEAD OF H&N and CD4 NOW...?
4. The smart money will move is now as experienced investors will ignore the past and join the new story.....LETS ALL MOVE ON WITH THE GOOD NEWS.

Brokers did a nice job of not alerting when buying or triggering the price monitor levels. That tells me it is well orchestrated this uplift........Hmmmmm interesting....!

The BOD will not be able to buy if they are ‘inside’ on a bid approach. That means if they wanted to buy at 5p they cannot. Also the only real experience in plc land sits with Chris Lea - CFO. In 8 months he has offloaded the nonsense Covid unit and saved a buyer significant risk and a fortune. Of course this business will be acquired in its leaner format now. Any PI with a bit of an eye for deals would have bOught in at 4p and be sitting on a 20% uplift. The silence from the company tells me something is in the background on this......and they will be extremely careful not to leak any of it......Chooo Chooo

Coming in as .....given the failed raise.....the BOD will just field a good offer and move on as clearly any other nonsense will be met by a ‘NO...’ from the shareholders.....They would also get the employment contracts paid out so....what’s not to like.....! My guess is still 12p....by Private Equity....probs US based...!

It is the only outcome now.....and it will be at 12p - PE will snap this up soon enough, watch this space....! Choooo Choooo
