Typically the BOD will have a run off policy protecting them from hits - to me that's a potential source of cash - Andy we want a copy of that policy from the Administrators. - UP

Can we make sure that the two named Administrators get copies of the miningM article....... They need to know the two guys sitting across the table from them are a fraud. This working in concert £56K deal must break every rule in the book. The Administrators should strike out the two directors on that basis alone - UP

By the BOD's own admission the MML asset has potential. Accordingly if they have transferred this asset out of the Plc balance sheet - notification to the shareholders would have been required as it 'materially effects the balance sheet of the business' . My fear is no Administratir would have taken this on if they knew it would be a nightmare - Andy, I hope you've got some good ideas or advisors onboard as we really need to act fast on this. We as a shareholder group need to meet the administrators ASAP. - UP

Fundamentally if you transfer assets in a listed company to a wholly owned subsidiary, surely the asset is within the group - because the subsidiary is 100% owned. Therefore an administrator will dig out the assets, sell on and get the cash. If however the debt / convertible loans were secured by the assets - this would materially effect the value of the holding business - BHR. This whole thing stinks and any Administrator will get to bottom of it - UP

The BOD might be fraudsters but you can be sure they will not end in jail. The fancy footwork, the rolling stock, the Vitol involvement......its a grand stitch up. By the way where is REDBIKE, he's gone a bit quiet now......the BOD were always one step ahead.

Andy - They've stitched you up. There is no way they haven't moved the mining asset and / or license out of the now dead company. It's gone - the enterprise is wrecked. The BOD own no shares anyway, who is realistically going chase them legally with good money after bad. The company will melt away like done many others have done. In all honesty they knew they were shot in November, but didn't let on. Vitol will scoop the prize here an invested asset for 50p - what a farce. AIM is for fraudsters and cheats...... UP

It's just so the wider community and the BOD know if this does go it will have a long, long tail backed up by cash to nail people. I am pretty certain Auditirs of this scale have substantial PI insurance policies to be got at. The only way to move forward is to force their hand - and get s deal done to offload this company for 0.15p a share......UP

To this whole debate, if this goes to Admin, there will be hell to pay. Any perspective buyer of assets should be concerned that any subsequent legal action of behalf of shareholders arising from negligence on behalf of the BOD will come and bite them. We should make the Administrators aware that we will act as a group and skin any buyer of assets based on mis-representation by the BOD on the grounds of false accounting by the auditors & BOD - UP
