And does anybody happen to know who actually does the valuing? (The 2nd question is crucial for credibility. If it's an 'independent' panel appointed by the B.O.D. and the B.O.D. is stuffed full of people from the management company, that's a problem).

Down 8.5% this morning, on no news. They just delivered an 'exceptional' trading update a week ago, what does a company have to do ffs?

Trading-wise the best thing about today is it's about to end.

Well my 'hold forever' drawer is already stuffed full of disastrous investments, there isn't much room for THG. May have to rent a storage facility.

Am I the 1st person on lse to post about this company, despite it IPO'ing almost 10 months ago? Perhaps everyone's too embarrassed and looking at the chart, I can understand why!
Well, I'll come clean - yes, I'm an investor and I'm down 15% since purchase just 3 weeks ago... (sigh).

Since last Tuesday's big drop, it just keeps dropping. That's five trading day straight - very unexpected. A constant stream of 'weak' holders who must wake up each morning and say to themselves "Nah, I don't want any more of this"...
They may be right, I may be wrong, but certainly my purchase at close of play last Tuesday for 101p looks mistimed.
Perhaps I'm clutching at straws but I will mention that student accommodation provider Unite Group today announced that full-year earnings were to come in at the top end of expectations.

There certainly is a bright side.
Imagine how this news would have been received if I3E was the old (pre-Canadian) failing oil explorer? I was a holder in those bad old days too and I can tell you there would be an immediate requirement for a capital raise, which would be a doubtful proposition in this market.
Basically, the company would be toast on this news, at least as far as current shareholders were concerned, whereas today we're only down 11%. Happy, happy days!

I read the USA are placing new trade restrictions on Chinese semiconductor firms.
I'm not sure to what extent any of this relates directly to AWE, but I seem to remember the company has some opaque chinese links?
Whatever, it's v disappointing to see the share price back at this level.

That's fair enough. I saw another DX van yesterday - typically dirty and driven very fast. Perhaps they're very, very busy... let's hope so. Me too, knowing the streets here, I'd love to know the quantum of their speeding and traffic infringement expenses!!
And yes, I also can't wait to see the company re-listed. Let's have the market test where we really are after such a long suspension! On the other hand, gotta say DX has been one of my best performing shares in 2022... lol.

Shorting is not an unreasonable suggestion, absent anything else but, as you say, no major shorting activity shown.
Maybe a big seller?
