This Marazzi business is certainly deflating the share price - 68p to sell, I think an all-time low.
One can never second guess the motive(s) for selling, but when an 'insider' like Marazzi gets rid of such a large chunk at such low prices, of course one gets nervous.
Added to this is recent news of the withdrawal of subsidies and support in the ev/green space, as part of govt belt-tightening, which may well be deflating sentiment.
Having taken a fairly large stake here, it may be me that's bitten off more than he can chew...

There's been a raft of broker downgrades recently and here's another.
Sentiment at rock bottom.

Cost of living crisis aiding Accrol's private label tissue offerings, with revenue up in a flat market (i.e. market share gained) and repayment of some debt.

Outlook: "on track" to deliver full year results (to 30/04/23) "at least in line with market expectations"*.

It's all good. Market likes. Patience rewarded.

It appears that Fidelity International, a very large asset manager, bought a few yesterday, per an RNS released this afternoon. Every little helps, as they say.

Absolutely! It's the gift that keeps on giving. And it'll keep on giving, next month, next year and the year after for all I know - a veritable shower of 'gifts' - never-ending opportunities to "load up" at "cheap" prices - how lucky are we investors!

There were hints during the dark days of suspension that underneath all the shenanigans and despite macro headwinds, the company was actually trading rather well... and here we have confirmation.
I believe beleaguered LTHs can allow themselves a modicum of satisfaction today.

Good to see a 25% uplift over the past 3 trading days.
This is one of my largest holdings, having chased it down over 16 months, so have buys ranging from 23.5p to 67p, so a long way to go in my case... but this recent change in direction looks decisive and certainly v welcome.

The lower than expected U.S. inflation print has given a much needed boost to growthy stocks, but it seems the optimism hasn't penetrated the pre-profitable biotech world.
For my sins I'm also in VRCI, from the stable, and no share price reaction there either.
And yes, I'm also in EKF...
Often wish I'd never heard of Mr Mills... in my worst moments I've considered sticking a photocopy of his face over my dart board, but I haven't quite got to that point!

I don't blame you for hesitating. I'm not invested but I'd say it's very hard to judge what to do here, although clearly this is a bad turn of events for existing holders.
I am an interested party in the sense that I'm invested in RENX and VRCI, two other Christopher Mills backed loss-making bios... so I'm wondering if this might be the start of a trend.

I really hope so. Perhaps our dual NASDAQ listing would also help in that regard.. but it's another nagging worry!

Surely it's a certainty that they'll get financing for the tender offer at 115p - that's a very cheap price after all.
In which case, according to your theory wakeyinvestor, you should be buying in now and holding through the delisting to better times, have I got that right?

Good find about Sourcebio, SB. Ouch! So if shareholders over there don't take up the tender offer at a miserly 115p, they'll be issued with paper certificates in a hard-to-trade private company? That's a nasty choice!

Another weird AIM stock with bizarre, non-sensical share price movements.
All one can do is ride it out now, but I'll be looking to exit at any reasonable opportunity because when a share makes these big negative moves for no reason, I get nervous.

Blimey, taken all the way back down to 50p.
Sadly this experience will likely alter investor's psychology (I include myself) just when the company needs patient and stoical shareholders.
