The dividend is totally irrelevant with the SP drop from 90p end of last year to 47p. It has been a truly awful year. I won't be buying unless there are signs of a sustained reversal of fortunes.

MA wants Debs, that's his main target and only self interest. Keep fobbing him off and he'll have to bid for BOO at a decent price. Then others will run the slide rule over the business and see how BOO is massively undervalued. Bids and counter bids will emerge. The SP will rise to a fairer value. Let MA on board and he can disrupt and run BOO further into the ground until he can pick off the best bits at cheapest price for Frasers and clear off.

Mike Ashley has a long track record, be careful what you vote for ... if he wants BOO he should come out and make a bid. If he gets BOO on the cheap that will cost shareholders. Debs is smashing it right now and this Christmas is going to be huge. Mike knows this and no it's no wonder he wants more control. I'll be voting against.
