Is anybody saying the NHS is brilliant? Speaking from experience , Spain has an excellent publicly funded health service, much better than our NHS. They pay more tax in Spain and properly fund their health service. 14 years of underfunding has decimated our NHS. It's been an absolute disgrace these last few years of Johnson Truss and Sunak and the country decided emphatically on July 4th to get rid of the corruption and austerity. Get over it.
