Just watched the presentation again and sadly ME in a bad position and placing is nailed on but at what discount and how many shares / discount?

PM, resolved can also mean revoked or cancelled !

I think the meetings with THX have have probably been weekly for the last 3 years too.

Lets be quite honest, if there was any truth in THX / 201 upfront payments pending or 401 with Ambrose and saving the day then we would be over 10p per share now and not 1.8p.

I also think if you merged together Porky and PM on a ratio of 65% / 35% you'd probably get a good representation of where we are at VAL.

Northern , Ambrose only have about half I believe from their last £1.5mn funding at the last I saw so 201 highly unlikely IMHO. With 201 VAL will have to literally start again I guess!

PM, after 3 years of zilch from TRX what do you think the likely outcome will be, plus 401 is nothing upfront I believe and VAL have £200K left now of headroom. Specsavers doing a special on rose tinted glasses? LOL

PM, I have just listened to the presentation again, and as I thought @ 20 and 26 mins in, ME just says updates on 201 and 401 and nothing else..... a lot of reading between the lines going on and then again at 28 mins, a placing will be spoken about after 201 update (update not deal and currently with lawyers on exclusivity and geography for 201 I guess) but more noteworthy is that there is just £200K of headroom left which speaks volumes!

So as I thought when I heard it yesterday, interpretation by some some people depends on if their glass is half empty, half full or indeed on this BB with a few here, well and truly overflowing and £100mn mkt cap soon! LOL.

I actually thought that was a forward sell in anticipation of a placing?

PM, I love your enthusiasm and you are right... a deal and whoosh, but sadly there is no deal is there at the moment so we are valued at £1mn as the share price is what the fair market value is based on where we are at the moment - no deals and no cash unfortunately until things hopefully change.

I hope everyone takes a profit that jumped in, as I feel this will retrace to where we were pre-webinar now as the hotair escapes.

4. My perspective has been consistent throughout - need to sell the legacy assets if possible, THX looks dead, love CLX, VAL need money and quick and can’t see where that is going to come ftom except an imminent fund raise… nothing changed.

Yes l want to hear the presentation again as what I heard is completely different to what is being over ramped here.

News on 201 will confirm whether the THX is on or off l guess (not a final deal BTW) and whether Ambrose continue with 401 (as they have already committed to one IP, but either way this willl not be money upfront),.

Sadly money is required RIGHT now and nothing is forthcoming so there is no option IMHO and before you get sucked in by the uber optimists want you keep pushing up the SP for their own profit and benefit, please be careful as if a raise is announced this could potentially halve in a jiffy!

GLA as a shareholder myself, so want the company to do well but caveat emptor!
