How much do you really believe a listed company can survive on per annum paying a BoD, advisors, lawyers, nomad, office and in VALs case a lab ( which is now B/E)? The board has already been chopped down, downsized and moved office out of London and then again to the lab, frozen 301 and BC201, discontinued 101 etc. Getting rid of the BDM is not going to make much impact TBH, but l am sure ME would love to hear your cost cutting ideas if you have any to share?

You say another raise, lol. At 1.3p VAL get £3.25mn from the warrant exercise, so plus what they have now is a 3 year cash flow runway.

So wrong on so many levels, CLX will be ready in circa 12 months or earlier (they are not taking it through clinical stages as per pre-Dilly, but converting it early to a commercial ready’ stage in 2025)- maybe, although you’re not a shareholder, you should have a chat with ME to clear up many of your wrong preconceptions.

You say a value of 0.35p, PMSL…. That values VAL at £1.3mn

They already have £1.6mn from the cash raise alone you numpty (plus tax credits, grants etc., warrant exercise of circa £3.25mn), 5000 vials with a commercial value of £4mn, lane worth £X mn producing income in 2025 and IP potentially worth well in excess of £100mn (legacy assets of 201 and 40 alone worth £75mn and CLX worth much more, plus the evaluation projects and 2 / 3 new ones coming on board in the next month) so think your compass is way out from even a conservative fair value even if you discount the lot above by a large haircut.

The more promising VAL looks after turning the corner, the more desperate your posts and the more frequently you post!

l value 201 has an implied value to VAL of 18p per share plus 9p for any new indications bolted on!

Plus 2 or 3 exciting new products to add to the evaluation pipeline and also…..making a decision in the month on taking forward 1, 2 or 3 out of Stingray, Imperial and Dundee depending on which has the strongest science and commercial potential for a deal in to a SPV like CLX.

Indeed PM, l agree that l think THX funding / 201 license will complete.

The body language of the deal completing is deafening given the announcement of the new NASDAQ partner and the fact that ME was adamant that he wasn’t going to give THX any more wriggle time but then ‘turns o a sixpence’ and takes 0.5% equity share in THX and an extension to May plus has thrown a large chunk of his personal wealth at the recent fund raise.

The implied value of 201 / THX deal is circa 18p per share plus 9p per share for each extra new indication based on the current number of shares in issue, so your 6-10p could be significantly be undervaluing the NAV and that’s excluding The other IP, lab and cash at bank.
