Shouldn't you apologise to dougiem36, Aymesco1, for abusing him with foul language? You keep making statements that turn out to be completely wrong within hours. You don't live in Beijing by any chance? LOL. What's your angle? Why do you post so many statements that prove to be incorrect? What's your motive? It can't be to push up the sp since CICC is not listed. Aymesco1 Posts: 2,276 Observation Opinion: Strong Buy Price: 3.38 rise! doug Today 07:23 Stop talking out of your **** an extension is given! "the press also reported that a former Mongolian Prime Minister attended his wedding." A local NE newspaper reported that fact. Who told them who he was and did the local rag check out that information? Very doubtful, IMO. By the way check your facts. I believe he was supposedly an ex Mongolian trade minister, NOT prime minister. Also that Globe and Mail newspaper article goes into far, far, more detail on the "scouts" affair than the AIM admission document for CICR gives and provides previously unkown details of that affair. Will the penny never drop for you? Will you be a believer for ever, no matter what?
If that newspaper article was lies why didn't SB sue the newspaper?
I think most sensible investors will say the same as you. sence2 and share_shark are always posting they have done extensive research on CICC/CICR. I wonder if they came across this Canadian press article on Stuart Bromley and CIC mining from July 2007 during their research? If they did then the question needs to be asked why they failed to mention it? I last bought shares in CICC earlier this year after the CICF Presentation was issued, but sold not long after. Why? After researching this whole business of emulsion fuels and in situ fuel mixtures of oil and water I had serious doubts about CICF's extravagent claims. I also have serious doubts about CICG, especially after the one and only project shown on the CICG web site mysteriously disappeared. Will CICG and CICF float? No, IMO.

ultrapunch 1 May'14 - 23:40 - 3088 of 3088 0 0 edit VSA Capital is being given the bullish treatment by s_s on the other thread. It definitely knows all about de-listing from AIM!!!! It de-listed on the 29th April 2013!!!! http://uk.advfn.com/news/UKREG/2013/article/56948721 The VSA sp went from over 25p to 0.875p in the space of 2 years. Sound like a successful company to you? It's last figures (interim) as a listed company were revenue of £440k and a loss of £811k over a 6 month period. Sound like a successful company to you? http://uk.advfn.com/news/UKREG/2012/article/55355377 A good match for CICC? Sounds like it!!
Many shareholders are still clutching at straws and continuing to post bullish nonsense.
Hope it all turns out Ok for you. Where there is life there is still hope. You sound like one of the good guys on this bb. Unfortunately they are few and far between on here. The amount of bullish nonsense posted on here has been staggering and it's still continuing!! The chief culprits know who they are. One even had the gall to post on the 5th March that the new Nomad and the cash owed had been sorted, giving the impression that the info came straight from the horses mouth into the bargain. Disgraceful conduct. The same poster says he has fully researched CICC/CICR over a long period of time, but never shows any links to back up the bullish claims he makes.
He's clutching at straws. How could CICC be too big for a Nomad and AIM? Ridiculous. ASC proves it's ridiculous.
share_shark is female, Basketcase. She seems to have lost interest in CICC. I wonder why?
"There is a possability that CICC could becoming to big for an AIM Nomad , If there are going to be a few IPO`s it maybe AIM nomads think it is to large for them to handle , It may seem silly as the SP is only 3.38p but just round the corner these IPO`s that CICC have will change the size of the company in one blow . changing to say 250 - 350 ftse will give them more experienced advisers " >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> Tell me you are joking, mrJimV. LOL. ASC (ASOS) are listed on AIM their current Mkt Cap is £3.5 BILLION!! Earlier this year it was over £5bn. ASC have a Nomad. So you think CICC could be too big for a Nomad and AIM? LOL. LOL.
Sensible post, alligin. A reality check for the rose tinted specs brigade who believe that CICC will be able to bounce back, just like that, onto the LSE Main Market in 2014 after being de-listed from AIM.
Well CICC wont get the money owed to them by Balfour and Jarada because they failed to get a Nomad (see RNS issued on tuesday). Yorkville wont lend them any more money because they are not listed on a recognised Stock Exchange. If they have had to de-list from the London Stock Exchange's junior AIM Market because they can't get a Nomad how do they expect to list on the LSE's Main Market instead? The LSE authorities wont allow it, IMO. The requirements for listing on the LSE Main Market are very, very, stringent and a company like CICC just hasn't got the "track record" to be able to do so. What CICC is suggesting is equivalent to being thrown out of school because of poor exam results and then going straight on to University instead!!
"Firstly, why all the song and dance over a nomad and trying to (unsuccessfully) secure one if they were going down this route? Doesn't make any sense. It appears that they couldn't maintain their AIM listing, rather than out of choice. This also casts doubts over the more stringent admittance requirements of the main market as the fact that this does not look good for a couple who are charging companies for IPOs yet have been suspended several times and now delisted. Just doesn't quite add up." >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> You make some. very valid points, OnTheDip
"Just looking back through the history,CIC Mining were suspended on the 31st July 2012 and weren't re listed until 24th December 2012.So there is an example of a longer suspension and I'm uncertain whether some people may be getting their nickers in a twist unnecessarily ?Of course it's not an ideal situation, but there again it's not the end of the world is it?" Different situation back in 2012. They were suspended then because they hadn't released their figures on time (I held CICC then). They were given 6 monthe (suspension) by AIM to release the figures or face being de-listed. This time they have been given one month (suspension) to find a new Nomad or they will be de-listed. SB might yet pull a rabbit out of the hat, but I'll wager it's odds on they are de-listed and will announce it tonight or tomorrow morning. Being de-listed is not the end of the world or the end of the road for CICC. Though it wont be easy to trade the shares. CICC might use J P Jenkins (matched bargains) or list on GXG, for example. What I would find worrying, if I was a shareholder, is why CICC can't find a new Nomad? After all there are many "funny" companies listed on AIM and they have a Nomad. What's the possible skeleton in the cupboard frightening off potential Nomads?
"I've seen nothing positive from you in here." You need to go to "specsavers" then, Neil!!!! I've posted dozens of times on here that if CICC stay listed, receive the monies owed to them and launch a couple of IPO's (CICG and CICF) then CICC could well end up as the top performing share on AIM in 2014. Is that positive enough for you? I'm not a "delicate flower" and I don't have a solicitor. However I do take exception to being told I need to see a "psychiatrist" as though only sane people post bullish drivel on this bb, whilst only the insane post more cautiously. Who do you think you are? Giving orders! Telling me to shut up. What, are you the bb policeman? I'll post my opinion whenever I want to. It's not your bb. Don't be so pompous! I'm a member of the lse and am free to post on any bb, whenever I want to, as long as I abide by the lse rules and regulations. Do you understand that?
Neil_Reading Posts: 45 Off Topic Opinion: No Opinion Price: 3.38 View Thread (2) RE: slowfast Tue 23:57 Once again.. Thanks for your input. You're not invested. I have no interest in what you think. A consortium of psychiatrists might be though. No problem with people saying what they think but really, you bring nothing to this board. You don't care if we don't appoint a Nomad.. so wtf are you posting here for then? There's nothing in your post that's factual - just your opinion and speculation. Again, I'm going to ask - why are you posting here? >>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>>> I must have explained this many times before, Neil, but for your benefit I will repeat my explaination even though I don't need to. It's for the same reason that I continue to post on the MTA bb. Because I used to hold shares in both. I still follow them because of that. I'm interested to see what happens to them and whether I made the right decision to sell both. MTA has been suspended and de-listed from AIM today, so there are similarities with CICC. PS. I don't need to see "A consortium of psychiatrists". That is a nasty, LIBELLOUS, comment on your part and a completely uncalled for and gratuitous insult. I'm afraid it shows you in a very poor light. You are definitely not a gentleman.
I NEVER said CICC would NEVER receive the money from Balfour and Jarada (they still haven't by the way). FACT. Look back through my posts. If you find I did then post the evidence for your statement. What I did say was if CICC received the outstanding amounts owed to them and CICG and CICF float this year then CICC could be the best performing share on AIM in 2014. FACT. I've said that on many ocassions. Look back through my posts. Whether CICC do receive the outstanding monies owed to them and whether CICG and CICF do float this year I have no idea since I'm not a company insider. I'm very sceptical, but I admit I could be wrong. PS. Why don't you check your facts before making wild accusations? Stick to the facts in future. PPS. I have NO employers. I'm retired and enjoying my retirement. If you don't like what I post then just filter me. It's very easy to do.
Why are you so interested in my comments regarding todays RNS? After all nobody on this bb appears to value my opinion. For the record I have no comment to make on todays RNS. I have no doubt it is a statement of fact. My opinion, for what it's worth, has been the same for the past 4 weeks; it's that CICC will not appoint a Nomad in time and will de-list. Of course I could be completely wrong (I often am) and CICC will issue an RNS tomorrow, or at 7am on thursday, stating they have found a Nomad. Like everyone else who posts on this bb I have no inside information on the company so my opinion, like everyone elses on this bb, is based on my interpretation of the situation based on what is stated in the RNS's and not what is going on behind the scenes.
Hi. The advfn MTA bb will continue, ad infinitum.
