I object to Fatsupermans view. Maybe he left too soon. It wasn't a unanimous rejection of the deal, it was a lack of understanding.
Here's how I see it. Not saying I have everything correct, but its my view.
RHA - will be 6million USD, hopefully sooner rather than later and in profit within 5-6 months (KME will help with costs too)
Circum - will generate between 6.25 - 15million but (Circum) management are dragging their feet but coming under pressure from shareholders to deliver.
Both of the above are something out of GR and Prem's control and have been for 12 months. In hindsight we would have acted on either of these before, but in the same sense if Zim would have acted quicker everything would have been a different story.
Zulu - currently value 17M, with short term potential 90m before contract area extension that should be with us within weeks, long term potential 524m (figures from memory) just on the area we currently have within the main zone. This will however need a large investment and this is only really possible with projects that are making a profit.
KME - Will give us capital within the business and no real depreciation. on Zulu it will reduce costs by 50%, and make it possible to get the DFS. Zulu is the company maker for me.
HBR - This will be worth 10m and be turning profit in in 9months, the plant is already available and power water are within 500yards, their management are that confident they will be investing 1.5m from the sale back in the project. Not only does this give us another element as a company to progress and not worry about single projects like RHA it will allow us to attract the investment in Zulu if we really want to move things forward and make so real money.
Overview
I spoke to KME & HBR owners, it comes as a package. These guys will form part of the new Prem board, creating some real knowledge. They want Prem because of Prem's board knowledge of gold, but in return will give us a new dynamic and in their own words (the boardroom will become a little more lively if they are in it). I believe in GR as an great ideas man, but really believe these guys can help push us forward with some good experience and clear decision making. If we don't vote for HBR, we don't get KME. If we don't have either I doubt ZULU will happen, if Zulu doesn't happen with are waiting for a one off paycheck from Circum and a small profit from a single mine at RHA.
I'm behind Prem and regardless of the past, lets forget that in order to buy into a very exciting future. We are still held waiting on Cirum and Zim but they will come and just add more power to Zulu which will be huge.
p.s. I'm not bother for everyone's views in return, I don't do message tennis. I just invest as I see it.
KME & HBR come as one, The current management work together and will form part of the new board, if you all want less GR? These are the guys that will take us forward (in their words 'the board room will get a little more livel
