Problem is JB we've arrived at this stage due to poor management by the incumbents. So much so that they are as untrustworthy as anyone.

The sale of C roughly works out at 18p per cf of gas yet the 2 tools hail it as a great result !!! Unless the 2 cretins can issue a decent argument as to why they should stay on I'd be more than happy to see the back of them. What a truly shocking case of incompent management.

In general Selfish is right. The 2 fools contempt towards its shareholders is disgraceful. Something they may shortlly come to realse & regret.

Watts. Camarco have NEVER replied to any of my e-mails to them over the last 2-3 years. I would imagine that, in the event of a succesful defence there would be changes at BOD level here & a pay cut for the 2 clowns would certainly get my vote. In fact I think 1 of them should go.

They seem confident to defeat the Pershing approach & appear to have the backing of the major shareholders. At least they're looking for a quick resolution to the situation.
It has to be said though that this a direct result of their conduct over the last few years.

I agree Selfish & I'm kinda against the motion but would like more info. I just hope they've been scared by this & realise that the days of them being unaccountable are gone.

deemule none of your 3 points are likely I want them name the directors they cited as being value destructive but knowing what the 2 fools that would be unlikely too.

Bearing in mind their supreme arogance if they beat off Pershing they could become even more insufferable.

This sorry state of affairs has; quite simply, been brought about by the serial incompetence of our management.
I doubt Pershing will be successful but I would expect at least 1 of the wonderkids to step down.

The thing is that if the drilling results are good it will be years before mining proper starts. WTF is happening with Dundas which according to the serial liar RM should have been up & running years ago.

Heid is just a clueless basket case I'm afraid . Unfortunately I think our chairman isn't nuch better. Why he said in his last interview that the sp had got a bit ahead of itself is beyond me.

Sounds promising but we have to remember that this is a company that never fails to disappoint.

With the next WN drill costs & the fact that the lions share of the C sale not due for a year I doubt they will want to acquire any more licenses. Besides which I'm not happy with the fact that we are heavily exposed to out & out exploration projects which is completely at odds with their original business plan.

Agree milnow but the fault lies with egdon. They must have enough fùnds to monetise the gas yet seem quite happy to burn it off. Just a wasted opportunity & that makes no sense.

Jimmybob I'm as happy as anyone about the sp recovery but the npv10 value of the ns assets is irrelevant as proved by the C sale.
No doubt I will now be classed as a persi alt for this post but we have to be realistic about things.
