My earlier post had nothing to do with the sale of C per se. It refers to decisions made over a number of years & I have held here for a lot longer than you.

I completely agree with your post. If the NOMAD decides tomorrow does not require an RNS however I doubt the dynamic duo will issue one. I'm afraid their lack of respect towards their shareholders will know no bounds if that is the case. I believe they shouls especially as SW said at the last presentation that V was done & gone.

The interested party wants Victory/C unencumbered so my guess is that without NSTA approval any sale will be delayed. Hopefully that is the only potential stumbling block.

The RNS of 4th May indicates to me a long stop date of 31st August & as such we should be given an update then. If things are delayed then so be it but we should be told imo.

No it's definitely not the case. I'm sure the deal wll go through. However if the long stop date cbanges then it should be rns'd.

Yes I think we should get an update on the sale of Victory on the 31st but if negotiations are still ongoing it would not be a requirement.

I have held shares here for years & follow all posts, presentations etc. I am not a geo but as a lth I reserve the right to vent my spleen about the management if I choose to. I have in the past stated that I would congratulate them if they can bring home the bacon. The jury is still out on that without question.
In defence of GP I remember RBD stating oil saturated core which appears to have been completely misleading.

Can't see it Mymine. We need that bl00dy R&R report & then need to sort out the gas to grid which will take a while yet. I'd then like to see them drill the Pennystone prospect which should be low cost. It all depends on Egdon though who tend to take their time over pretty much everything.
