Selfish, I have never had a response to any e mails sent to them but have from billy.clegg@ camarco.co.uk
On Friday I was told they are working on a detailed statement which I am told may take a while. They are now aware of pi's displeasure at the "working from the top down" statement (I told him) His reply was that it was a poorly worded remark & that all shareholders are equally important to them (fat chance). I know it's not ideal but it's the only way I have been able to have any contact. I would add that I normally get a reply within a couple of hours.

Novycluk, I am quite open to receiving views in support of the currentBoD, all information is valued on both sides. However even you must admit that they have'nt covered themselves in glory.
My big worry is that if they defeat the motion they will just carry on as before, which, imo is not good enough. We have been poorly served by them & qustions over their conduct are mountjng.

Thars true JB although RBD had to have made the final decision.
Either way I would imagine the upcoming statement should cover (i hope) all of our assets. It's about time we had some clarity on things although with the 2 fools who knows if they will deign to fess up !

DBRM is a complete basket case. Were'nt they meant to be using the funds raised to drill 3 wells ? Now we find there isn't enough cash left to drill one !!! Our current management must have known the state of play on this situation.
I find it disgraceful that no mention of DBRM or Parta has been made available to us by the 2 foold & we rely on the diligence of posters here.
Time & again we have been stonewalled by S&S, time has now rut for them imo. I think they have to go as they've made far too many poor decisions whilst being grossly overpaid for such a shoddy performance.

Fair enough, yes I do have a brain but sometimes anger gets the better of me & right now I'm still fuming ! The thing that has pushed me over the edge is, quite simply, the disdain shown towards us in the energy voice article which I'm sure has upset many.

Novykuk I'd be interested to hear your synopsis on the current BoD for the sake of balance.

It doesn't matter how under valurd the sp is when you have 2 completely inept& greedy egotists in charge. Their interview was utter drivel & disrespectful to we shareholders.

Oh & they also mention the sp does not reflect on the value of the assets. The sp reflects the markets view of their abilities as much as anything.

Yes Selfish the comment they made about pi's effectively being bottom of the pile was outrageous . We must collectively hold about 4t% of the shares in issue & that comment alone must have alienated a lot.
Yes GP it smacks of fear & desperation & further highlights their unfitness to run the company.
Also why give the interview before giving us any info ? Utter shambles. Vote them out, they've been on the take for years.

Just read an article about an interview with Oza in energy voice. Jeez the pair of them realy are a joke, totally divorced from reality.

GP yes there is always going to be nervousness with a new BOD if that happens.
But unless there is a substantial & credible defence provided by the boy wonders then I am prepared to take the plunge simply because I now have nothing but contempt for the incumbents. The money they have taken jin salaries etc is truly breathtaking & can't continue.

But yes, the current BoD seem to have run out of steam. To be honest when they originally unveiled their strategy I think they believed their own pr but once they realised their many limitations they adopted a plan B......... lets get as much cash as we can out of this before we get found out.
The longer their response takes the weaker they look.

Canchat, it's not a takeover as such they just want changes at BoD level & who can blame them. Plenty more info to come from both sides no doub. If nothing else it highlights the many issus I think we all have with the 2 idiots.

Oldbut. Yes that is an issue but from my point of view S&S have been milking this company for years. What we now hear is that Kamran introduced our dynamic duo to Hamman & were integral in the Daybreak deal. This begs the question of what our 2 idiots do to justify their money. They have proved themselves to be inept .

I still want to hear more from both parties before making a decision.
At this point I naturally err towards Pershing with their views on the current management completely aligned with mine. They seem to think they have 25% of shareholders oside (i assume II's & others with large holdings) that being the case then the humble pi's could well decide the issue.
To have any hope of survival the 2 fools really need to get their counter argument right....if indeed they can.

I think the final straw was the sale of C for such a low price. At the Investor presentation they mentioned the sale would be financialy transformational for the company.....well I don't & I'm sure a lot of others don't either. It also highlights the substantial fees paid to the C directors.
The requisition request also highlights both the exorbitant remuneration packages the 2 fools take & the conflict of interest angle.
Most posters here know the complete contempt I hold for the lackwits which grows almost daily.
When RBD issue their statement they will need to address all issues & any attempt at obfuscation will not go down well, for too long they have treated their shareholders like dog **** for too long. Now we have our best chance to show what we feel about it.

The 2 boy wonders remain divorced from a reality which is fast approaching.
If they survive then I would expect the whole structure of the company to change, including remunerations & not before time imo.

Camarco told me a detailed defence of the current BOD would be issued at the same time as the date of the EGM is announced.
