There could be a multitude of reasons for that. Surely the most important bit is that it continues to flow under normal pressure with zero water cut ? Indicates to me that the owc is deeper than originally prognosed.

Manwell, good points, especially re the read across to WN which I didn't take into account. Mind you Pensacola has a gcos of 55% & a ccos of 30% (according to Shell) which seems a bit low ? WN at least got a 85% gcos & we at least we now know how the 2 wells were screwed up. Do you think Shell will be using oil based muds on Pensacola ? I would hope so.
